In addition to the current menu of <match information, QR ticket display, official website>, from the 2024 season, the official LINE account will also be able to display membership cards and run LINE-exclusive campaigns.

Cash payment

Tickets are accepted at the fan club booth at the stadium during home games.
Join by submitting the membership application form (by mail)
Convenience store payment

Please fill out the required information on the fan club membership application form below and mail it to the fan club office.
After receiving your application, we will inform you of the convenience store payment slip number at a later date.
Once you receive the transfer slip, please make the payment at your nearest 7-Eleven.
- There is an additional fee for convenience store payments.

Fan Club Q&A

Q My address has changed since I registered when I joined. How do I change my address?: A

When you renew your contract, please change your address online to your new one. If you have multiple changes, please complete the process in one go.

Q What should I do if I lose my membership card or information card, or if the magnetic strip becomes faulty and I can no longer use it?: A

If you lose your card, you will need to apply for a reissue. You can do so here.
If lost, the reissue fee is 1,500 yen for the Membership Card and 1,000 yen for the Information Card.
In addition, if your membership card is reissued, your membership number will also change.
If the magnet is defective, we will check its operation and replace it free of charge.
When you come to a home game, please stop by the fan club booth outside the stadium.

Q Can I change my Fan Club course mid-season?: A

Once you have completed the enrollment process, we cannot accept any changes to your fan club plan, cancellations, or refunds under any circumstances.
Please carefully read the fan club terms and conditions, as well as the benefits and application details for each course, before applying.

Q Can I attend fan club events on behalf of my family or friends?: A

Participation is limited to fan club members only.

Q Can I change my name if it changes due to marriage etc?: A

Name changes are possible only for special reasons such as marriage. Please change the name online.

After you apply

Membership cards will be sent only to new members. If you are renewing your membership, please continue to use your existing membership card.
You can use the membership benefits once you receive your membership card.
Those who join by Sunday, December 3rd will receive their membership card and benefits before the start of the 2024 season.
If you are eligible for automatic renewal, and do not complete the change procedure by Sunday, December 3, 2023, your plan will be automatically renewed and your purchase date will be Thursday, December 14, 2023.
