If the membership benefits are redelivered due to customer reasons (such as an incorrect address), they will be sent cash on delivery.
Please note that we will not be able to re-deliver your membership benefits after Tuesday, October 28th, even if they are not delivered.

My address has changed since I joined in the 2024 season. How do I change my address?

AWhen renewing your contract, please update your address online.
If you are eligible for automatic renewal and wish to continue, please be sure to complete the procedure by Sunday, December 8th.

What should I do if I lose my membership card or information card or if the magnetic strip becomes damaged and it can no longer be used?

If you lose your card, you will need to go through the reissue procedure, which can be done by scanning the QR code below.
If lost, the reissue fee is 1,500 yen for the membership card and 1,000 yen for the information card.
If your membership card becomes unusable due to a magnetic defect within one year of joining (after your membership card is issued), we will replace it free of charge. However, please note that there will be a fee for reissuing your membership card after one year has passed since it was issued.
Please note that if your membership card is reissued, your membership number will change and the new membership card will not have the electronic money function.
In addition, membership cards can also be replaced with "digital membership cards (free)."

Can I change my fan club course mid-season?

We cannot change your fan club membership plan, cancel or refund under any circumstances after you have completed the enrollment procedure.
Please carefully read the fan club terms and conditions, as well as the benefits and application details for each course, before applying.

Can I change my name if I get married or have a change of name?

Name changes are only permitted for special reasons such as marriage.
Please change your name online.

Can I change the registered name to a family member without changing my membership number?

The name cannot be changed under the same membership number.
After you apply
- Membership cards will only be provided to new members.
Some membership card specifications have changed from the 2024 season, but they can continue to be used from the 2025 season onwards. - Membership benefits can be used once your membership card arrives.
- Please note that from the 2025 season, any redelivery of membership benefits due to customer reasons (such as an incorrect address) will be sent by cash on delivery.
- For those who have automatic renewal, the purchase date will be Friday, December 20th.
- In the unlikely event that a duplicate application is made, we will contact the applicant (representative) at the email address registered with the fan club within one month. If we do not receive a reply, you will be registered as a second member and will be given a new membership number. We will then send you a membership card, information card, and membership benefits. Please note that orders cannot be canceled under any circumstances after they have been sent.
