*If there are any changes to your fan club course or registration information, please complete the procedure by Sunday, December 8th.
If you are eligible for automatic renewal and do not complete the procedure yourself by December 8th (Sun), your "Fan Club Course" will be automatically renewed and you will not be able to make any changes, cancellations, or refunds after that. Please note this in advance.

How to apply for membership

Fan club membership will open on November 22nd (Friday) at 12:00

We recommend that you apply for the fan club online and pay by credit card!

If you select "Credit card payment" when applying for membership, you will not need to renew your fan club membership the following year.

To join the fan club at the stadium, please visit the fan club booth at home games.

Convenience store payment

Please fill out the required information on the fan club membership application form below and mail it to the fan club office.
Please note that postage costs will be borne by the customer.
After we receive your application form, we will send you a convenience store payment slip number at a later date, so please make the payment at your nearest 7-Eleven.

Fan Club Q&A

Q My address has changed since I joined for the 2024 season. How do I process the address change?: A

When you renew your contract, please change your address online to your new one.
If you are eligible for automatic renewal, please make sure to complete the procedure by December 8th (Sun).

Q What should I do if I lose my membership card or information card, or if the magnetic strip has become damaged and it can no longer be used?: A

If you lose your card, you will need to go through the reissue procedure. You can do so by scanning the QR code below.
If lost, the reissue fee is 1,500 yen for the Membership Card and 1,000 yen for the Information Card.
If your membership card becomes unusable due to a magnetic defect within one year after you join (after your membership card is issued), we will replace it free of charge. However, please note that in any case where you need to reissue your membership card more than one year after it was issued, there will be a fee for that reissue.
Please note that in the case of reissue, your membership number will change and the new membership card will not have the electronic money function.
In addition, membership cards can also be replaced with "digital membership cards (free of charge)."

Q Can I change my Fan Club course mid-season?: A

We cannot accommodate any changes to your fan club membership plan, cancellations, or refunds after you have completed the enrollment process.
Please carefully read the fan club terms and conditions, as well as the benefits and application details for each course, before applying.

Q Can I change my name if it changes due to marriage etc?: A

Name changes are possible only for special reasons such as marriage.

Q Can I change the registered name to a family member without changing my membership number?: A

You cannot change the name on the same membership number.

After you apply

Membership cards will only be provided to new members.
Some membership card specifications have changed from the 2024 season, but you can continue to use your membership card from the 2025 season onwards.
You can use the membership benefits once you receive your membership card.
Please note that from the 2025 season, any redelivery of membership benefits due to customer reasons (such as an incorrect address) will be sent on a cash-on-delivery basis.
For those who have automatic renewal, the purchase date will be Friday, December 20th.
In the unlikely event that a duplicate application is made, we will contact the applicant (representative) at the email address registered with the fan club within one month. If we do not receive a reply, you will be registered as a second member and will be given a new membership number. We will then send you a membership card, information card, and membership benefits. Please note that orders cannot be cancelled under any circumstances after they have been sent.
