If you wish to continue with the same seat as the 2024 Season Pass
If there are any changes to your fan club membership, address, or payment method, please have the representative complete the procedure at "【Renewal】2024 Season Pass Member Seat Renewal Reception" on the reception site.
If someone in your group wishes to stop purchasing an Season Pass or withdraw from the fan club, the representative should carry out the procedure and select "Do not continue" in the "Fan club course" or "Season Pass seat type" column.
However, please note that we cannot accommodate seating changes, such as moving seats closer together, even within a group.
In addition, if there is even one person in your group who wishes to change their seat or purchase a new Season Pass, you will not be able to purchase the same seat as in the 2024 season.

What games are covered by the Season Pass?

AThe campaign covers 19 home league games hosted by GAMBA OSAKA in the 2025 season.
The 2025 Season Pass does not allow you to watch other games, such as away games, cup matches, or the EMPEROR'S CUP .
A separate ticket is required to watch the event.

Can I set Season Pass to automatically renew?

Those who have purchased a 2024 Season Pass(19 games, 15 games, half games, or 5 games) will retain their right to continue sitting, so we are now offering them the 2025 Season Pass(19 games).
If you paid for either your fan club membership or Season Pass with a credit card, your membership will be automatically renewed.
If you are eligible for automatic renewal and there are no changes to your personal information or fan club course registered in the fan club from the 2024 season, no action is required.
If you wish to "change your Season Pass seat" or "renew your fan club membership only", please be sure to complete the necessary procedures.

Can I select seats that were not renewed in the 2024 Season Pass for the 2025 Season Pass?

If the seats purchased as 2024 Season Pass seats are not renewed, they will be sold as general tickets for the 2025 season and will not be available for sale as 2025 Season Pass.
Any 2024 Season Pass seats that are not renewed for the 2025 season can be selected as 2026 Season Pass seats.

If multiple people are applying at the same time due to adding family members or merging groups, the representative will be required to make the payment for all members.
If you wish to make payments separately, please apply for each membership separately.

If I purchase an Season Pass as a group, can I change the delivery address for the sign-up bonus for each member?

If you apply for "Group Integration (purchasing adjacent seats)" or "Adding Family Members" at the same time, the sign-up benefits will be delivered to the representative. The delivery address cannot be changed for each member.
If you and your friends or acquaintances are applying at the same time, please have the representative hand over the membership benefits to each member of your group.
Please note that the same procedure will apply if automatic renewal is selected for a group or family.
Membership cards and information cards contain personal information, so they will be sent to each member.

For details, please check the continuation notice we have sent you. - Please note that if you apply for Season Pass together as a group (by purchasing adjacent seats), the membership benefits will be sent to the representative.
- Customers who register using a convenience store payment slip and customers who register online cannot be seated next to each other.
If you would like to be seated next to each other, please have one person apply online together. - In the case of simultaneous applications and credit card payments, only one credit card will be used.
- Seat changes and cancellations cannot be accepted mid-season.
Please be aware of this. - If you wish to purchase an Season Pass, you must join the fan club.
Please apply at the same time as joining the fan club. - The Gamba Supporter Seats (General Admission) allow for standing as well as sitting.
- Because there is a limit to the number of Premium Member who can join, the priority period until Sunday, December 8, 2024 will be for 2024 Premium Member who wish to continue as 2025 Premium Member. If the limit is reached during this period, those who apply to join as Premium Member for the 2025 season may be denied membership after payment has been completed (and their annual membership fee may be refunded). Please note this in advance.

▼How to enter with an Season Pass
You can enter by any of the following methods:

- Enter by touching your membership card (IC card) to the dedicated terminal
- To check your seat, please present your membership information card.
- Please present your digital membership card and scan the "membership card QR code" on the dedicated terminal to enter.
- To check your seat, please present the seat listed on your digital membership card.
The entrance gate is the same for both membership cards (IC cards) and digital membership cards.
If you forget your membership card (IC card), please enter using your digital membership card.
If you are a child or other customer who does not have a mobile phone and have forgotten your membership card (IC card), please come to the fan club booth outside the venue.
If you have an Season Pass, you can enter the venue using your membership card (IC card) or digital membership card through a dedicated terminal to receive attendance history and attendance points for designated matches.
You will also be entered into the half-time lottery (until kickoff) upon entering the venue.
There is no need to touch the dedicated terminal near the entrance gate to record your visit history or visit points.
