Q.I don't know my fan club membership number (One Touch Pass ID). Where can I check it?
Your fan club membership number (One-Touch Pass ID) is the 7-digit number written on the bottom right of your nanaco membership card, or the number printed on your information card.
In addition, the One-Touch Pass ID required to log in to J.League Ticket will be your fan club membership number.
*If you lose your membership card or information card, please apply for a new one.
For new customers who join before the start of the season, we will send a [Membership Number Notification Postcard] by mail to new members as a temporary guide until they receive their nanaco membership card. Please check the Fan Club Membership Number (One Touch Pass ID) written on the postcard.
