Q.What should I do if I lose my membership card or information card, or if the magnetic strip becomes faulty and I can no longer use it?
If you lose your card, you will need to reissue the card.
Please complete the reissue procedure online.
*If you lose your card, the reissue fee will be 1,500 yen. Your membership number will also change.
