On Sunday, June 22nd, at the Meiji Yasuda J1 21st Sec. match against FC Tokyo, we will be holding our customary original curry and special curry bread sales and health checks.

The original curry for sale is a retort curry developed by a student of the Department of Health and Nutrition, who aims to become a registered dietitian, with the theme of "easily getting enough vegetables, even in busy and irregular eating habits". It is called "Butter Chicken Curry, which contains 350g of vegetables, a day's worth." This curry was also sold at this special booth last year, and was very well received by many supporters. If you haven't tried it yet, please give it a try.
We will also be selling "special curry bread" made with this curry. The number of pieces available is limited to 150. Eat the special curry bread and show your support even more.

The health check-up will include a hemoglobin test, a bone density test, and a grip strength test. The hemoglobin test checks the level of anemia, while the bone density test measures the amount of minerals such as calcium in the bones. Grip strength also decreases as muscle mass decreases. Both are numbers that you should know in order to live a long and healthy life. You will be provided with a table showing these measurements, so we hope that by knowing how you are compared to the average for your age group, you will be able to use this information to maintain your health.
