[Preview] A restart begins with the match against Kashiwa. Gamba shows a different side from away matches

After a break of about two weeks, Gamba will return to the battlefield.
In the match against Kashima, with only 2nd year of junior high school ACL match, Head Coach Poyatos used a three-back formation. However, rather than playing defensively, they took on the challenge head-on, using sharp counterattacks to earn one point.

Although they missed out on their sixth consecutive win, Fukuoka reflected, "I don't have any negative thoughts, I'm actually feeling positive," and the match highlighted the team's maturity and unity.

Gamba took a realistic approach to the Kashima match, taking into account the schedule and player fatigue, but the Kashiwa match will be a 90-minute battle where each team's style will clash head-on.

Despite their dramatic comeback, they are currently in third place in the league, just five points behind Kashima. They will be looking to win in order to chase down the lead.
The players Gamba need to be wary of are their front line attackers. Hosoya, who scored two goals against Kawasaki F, has seven in league matches, while Kakita, who started in the previous league match, has six goals and four assists. Shadow striker Koizumi, who allowed a goal in the away loss, has also scored six goals. And Koyamatsu, who is expected to be matched up against Handa, has not only scored three goals but also provided nine assists, third in the league, so it will be essential to shut him down. Kashiwa's pattern is to have Kakita go out first, tire out the center backs, and then have Hosoya take over. Nakatani is eager to shut down Kashiwa's front line, saying, "I want to respond well with the help of various players."

Kashiwa is a tough opponent, but they are a good opponent to use to regain momentum as we approach the final stages of the season, which will also see us competing in ACL2.
