■About reserving a spot in the entrance waiting line
・You can reserve a spot from 3:00pm on the day before the match.
Gate 1: Exciting seats, Category 1, Category 3, Category 4, Gamba supporter seats
Gate 3: Category 2, Category 6, Visitor reserved seats
*You will not be allowed to move around the concourse until the waiting line has been cleared.

・Banpaku Park is closed between 9:00pm and 5:30am on the day before the match, so entry is prohibited.
* Any attempt to secure a queue (such as by attaching a sheet) before 3:00 p.m. on the day before the match will be prohibited and invalid, and any sheets or other items used to indicate a queue may be removed and discarded.

・Up to 5 people can reserve one spot
(At least two seats are required for groups of six or more. However, each person is limited to one seat.)
*Please refrain from staying overnight before the day before the match as this will cause great inconvenience to the park managers, park users, and local residents.
*Reserving a spot using duct tape or other materials is prohibited as the tape, trash, and tape marks will spoil the park's scenery.

■About column organization
・Check for any tape stuck on the walls (a staff member will take action as soon as he/she finds any tape stuck on the walls)
If there is tape on the item, please remove it and pack it.
If you have left your luggage, it will not be removed. There will be no assorted items.
*Please take care of your valuables. We cannot be held responsible for any loss or theft.

・Check the number of people and organize the queue, then enter directly [2 hours and 30 minutes before the start of the match (from 4:30 PM)]
Please return to the queue. If there are multiple people, please return to the queue so that everyone is together.
Please gather your belongings and stand up. Please pack your belongings in order.
If you do not return when the line is reorganized, you will be asked to go to the end of the line.
Cutting in line or joining later will cause inconvenience to other customers and is strictly prohibited.
*If necessary depending on the situation, we will also check the number of people and organize queues in addition to the above.

■ Same-day ticket sales counter
- Tickets will be sold on the day from 2 hours before kick-off.
*If you purchase tickets at the ticket counter on the day, a handling fee of 400 yen will be charged per ticket.

■ Spectator Rules
・AFC Champions League 2 2025/26 will be governed by AFC rules,
Regardless of the opponent or venue, the use of cheering items that may cause confusion (such as flags/banners or clothing featuring the "Rising Sun Flag" or "Che Guevara") is prohibited.
If AFC determines on the day that the message (including the design) is political or other, we may ask you to refrain from using it on the spot.
Please note that professional cameras are prohibited from taking photos.

■To visiting team supporters
・Reserved seats for visitors are on the Upper levels(5th floor).
・If you plan to wear visiting team support goods, please purchase a Visitor Reserved Seat, Category 4 Mixed Fan Seating, or Category 4 FV Mix.
Seats other than the visitor reserved seats, Category 4 Mixed Fan Seating, and Category 4 FV Mix are in the home area, so wearing or using visitor uniforms or support goods while cheering or watching the game is not permitted.
Please note that you cannot cheer for the visiting team even if you are not wearing the visiting uniform or merchandise.
- Customers with visitor reserved seat tickets or wearing visiting team merchandise will not be allowed to enter the Gamba supporter seat area.
- Please note that at various points within the concourse, we will be checking that you are wearing your ticket or merchandise when entering each area.

■ Rules for using cheering banners and large flags
Regarding the handling of flags and displays at this tournament, in addition to confirmation by the club, application to and approval from the AFC (Asian Football Confederation) is required.
Therefore, any unapproved or uncertified displays will not be permitted inside the stadium, regardless of whether it is a home or away game.

■Kids' Room
・Installed in one location on the main side (from opening until 30 minutes after the end of the match)

・Smoking areas (cigarettes and heated tobacco) will be open until the last 10 minutes of the session.
*Please note that the following areas are for smoking cigarettes.

■Temporary exit/re-entry
・Once you leave, you can only re-enter up to 10 minutes into the final half of the show, and up to 20 minutes into the final half of the show.

■Exit Information
・Exits will be distributed through four gates. Please cooperate in reducing crowding.

■For customers arriving by car
If you are coming by car, you will need to purchase a parking ticket in advance.
・You cannot enter the "South Parking Lot" without purchasing a parking ticket.
*It may take longer than usual to enter and exit the parking lot.

■For customers coming by motorcycle
・Parking is in the "South Parking Lot."
*Advance reservations are not required.
・Please pay the fee (210 yen) directly at the South Parking Lot.
・The entrance and exit to the South Parking Lot is the same as for cars, as shown below.

■To customers who have purchased a parking ticket for the South Parking Lot
・On match days, the entrance to the South Parking Lot will be different from the usual entrance on the Gate 1 side. The usual South Parking Lot entrance/exit will be an exit-only entrance and will not be available for entry. Please be aware of this.
*Customers who have purchased a parking ticket must park in the South Parking Lot after 1:00 PM.
*Please note that it may take longer than usual to enter and exit the parking lot. If you are coming by car, please be aware of this.
In addition, please refrain from illegal parking near the venue, unauthorized parking at surrounding facilities, or nuisance parking by shuttle vehicles on surrounding roads, as this will cause great inconvenience to local residents.

(2) Please park at either the site of the old clubhouse behind Gate 3 or Gate 4.
*Please refrain from illegally parking bicycles near the stadium or at surrounding facilities without permission as this will cause great inconvenience to local residents.
*Motorcycles (including mopeds) cannot be parked in the bicycle parking area.
*If you are coming by motorcycle, please park in the South Parking Lot.

■Osaka Monorail
・It is expected to be very crowded after the match.
We may restrict entry to ticket gates. We appreciate your cooperation.
