Prohibition on resale of tickets for GAMBA OSAKA home games
GAMBA OSAKA prohibits the resale of tickets for profit under the "Official Match Management Regulations" and "J.League Ticket Service Terms of Use." In addition, the fan club regulations also prohibit the buying and selling of fan club membership to third parties.
The Act on Ensuring Proper Distribution of Performance Tickets by Prohibiting the Illegal Resale of Specified Performance Tickets (hereinafter referred to as the "Ticket Illegal Resale Prohibition Act") came into force in June 2019, and stipulates the "prohibition of illegal resale" and the "prohibition of acquisition for the purpose of illegal resale." In addition, ticket resale may be considered a violation of the "Osaka Prefecture Ordinance on the Prevention of Violent and Delinquent Behavior That Causes Serious Inconvenience to the Public."
However, we have noticed some cases of tickets for the MEIJI YASUDA J1 LEAGUE 25th Sec. match Fagiano Okayama on Sunday, August 10th being listed for sale. If we find that tickets have been resold, we will proceed with the process of invalidating the entry as soon as possible. Please note that if you attend with a resold ticket, you will not be able to enter the venue.
GAMBA OSAKA would like to once again refuse the exchange or resale of tickets, and if resale is confirmed, please be aware that we may take measures such as banning entry to the venue with the traded ticket (blocking the seat and invalidating the QR ticket) and suspending your fan club membership.
Additionally, there have been cases of extremely malicious fraud where the seller cancels the transfer of the QR ticket and invalidates the ticket after the ticket has been traded (payment has been made) on a ticket resale intermediary site or flea market app.
GAMBA OSAKA takes no responsibility for tickets purchased through exchanges or resales. We ask everyone to refrain from purchasing tickets from such sites.
