Toyonaka City Career Education "G Smile Class 2025" Launches
The career education program " G Smile Class, " which was launched in response to the comprehensive partnership agreement with Toyonaka City in 2021, is back on track this year.
The " G Smile Lessons " are conducted with the cooperation of the Toyonaka City Board of Education and the GAMBA OSAKA Alumni Association. Participants visit elementary and junior high schools in Toyonaka City and, through talking about their experiences, aim to help children have dreams and hopes, and to foster a tenacious attitude towards tackling challenges.
And as the name suggests, we will be carrying out activities that will leave you with a smile on your face, even more so than when you started.
Today, we visited Toyonaka Municipal Kitaoka Elementary School and had front office staff member Masami Karatsu speak to 73 fifth graders about how to become someone who can "think," "speak," and "work hard toward goals," based on her own experiences at GAMBA OSAKA.
This year, we plan to visit 10 elementary and junior high schools, including this one.
GAMBA OSAKA will continue to work on activities to bring smiles to the local community, especially in our hometown, and strive to deliver at least some of our dreams and hopes to the community.
