Due to the change in match schedule, we would like to inform you about changes to the points program exchange times and prizes.

Points program prizes will be exchanged at the special booth behind the home goal outside the stadium from 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 23rd.
In addition, a prize exchange of 6,000 points will begin from this match.
Please see below for details on how to proceed with the exchange.
*Attendance points will be awarded on the day when you exchange your prize, so you can exchange them before entering the venue.

Exchange time and place
Kickoff from 16:00: Special booth behind the home goal outside the stadium
From the end of the match until 30 minutes later: Next to the fan club booth outside the stadium

How to redeem the 6,000 points prize
For those who wish to exchange the 6,000 points for the prize, a lottery will be held to determine the order in which they will be exchanged starting at 4:00 p.m.
After the lottery, you will be asked to line up in the order of your lottery numbers and the exchange will begin.
If you wish to participate in the lottery, please be sure to come to the special booth behind the home goal outside the stadium by 4:00 p.m.
We ask for your understanding and cooperation in order to avoid confusion on the day.
*If you line up after 4:00 p.m., you will not be able to participate in the lottery. Please note that you will be asked to line up at the end of the line of customers who have drawn lottery numbers.

For customers who do not wish to exchange the 6,000 points for the prize, exchange will begin as usual from 4:00 p.m. on a first-come, first-served basis.

The first 75 people to receive the prizes will be chosen in the order determined by lottery.
