After the 25th Sec. match of the 2024 MEIJI YASUDA J1 LEAGUE between GAMBA OSAKA and FC Tokyo, an incident occurred in the men's restroom on the Lower levels floor of the stadium's Category 6 floor, where a portion of the facility was damaged. This is a criminal act equivalent to the crime of property damage. We are currently considering filing a police report and taking legal action. This stadium is an important one that was built with donations from everyone, and this should not be tolerated.

As the season has progressed, nuisance behavior has been observed at home and away matches, and two players have been banned indefinitely from playing this season. As a club, we cannot tolerate any behavior that disrupts safe and secure operations, regardless of the reason. If any dangerous or malicious behavior is confirmed in or outside the stadium during future matches, we will continue to apply severe penalties.
Once again, regardless of whether the game is home or away, we will ensure that all attendees can watch the game safely and securely, without any trouble or violence.

For the remaining games this season, we need the continued enthusiastic support and encouragement from everyone involved with GAMBA OSAKA.
We ask all fans and supporters to cheer fairly in order to create a good atmosphere for the match and encourage the teams. We also ask that you please once again check the J.League spectating etiquette and rules as well as the Spectator Rules of each club so that everyone who comes to the stadium can have a pleasant and enjoyable time, and we ask for your understanding and cooperation in creating a safe and secure stadium.
