Housenka"Assisted Supporters" Participation Report at GAMBA OSAKA Youth Event
On Wednesday, October 30th, GAMBA OSAKA youth players participated in the autumn festival at the Assisted Living Home Housenka Momoyamadai, a nursing home for the elderly.
At the autumn festival, we helped out at the food stalls and demonstrated juggling skills, and were able to interact with the residents.
In the afternoon, MOFLEM and the GAMBA OSAKA Cheer Dance Team also joined in, livening up the venue with performances and interaction.
GAMBA OSAKA is carrying out activities as "Assisted supporters" (commonly known as Asisapo) with Housenka, a Silver Partner and SDGsmile Partner.
This activity aims to incorporate GAMBA OSAKA into the daily lives of the elderly residents.
Our goal is to improve the quality of life of those receiving care by having them act as supporters as well.
