We have previously stated in our releases that "We cannot accept cancellations or additions due to player transfers or changes to registered information," however, as DAWHAN's complete transfer has now been confirmed, we will be accepting requests to "change the jersey number" or "cancel your order" for DAWHAN's uniform only, if you wish.

If you have placed an order, we will contact you separately by email.

We apologize, but due to the system of our online shop, we are unable to make changes on our side, so we ask that you place your order again yourself.

*Please note that if you order without a number or with just one digit, the price will be different.

We will handle the cancellation procedure.

③ [For those who have purchased multiple tickets including DAWHAN's jersey] Change the number or change to no number

*If you have ordered multiple jerseys including the one for DAWHAN in a single order, all of them will be cancelled and you will need to place a new order for the DAWHAN jerseys as well.
*If you wish to make a change, we will send you details on the change procedure etc. via email after you fill out the questionnaire form.
*Please note that if you order without a number or with just one digit, the price will be different.

④ [For those who purchased multiple tickets including DAWHAN's jersey] Cancel only DAWHAN's jersey

*If you have ordered multiple jerseys including one featuring DAWHAN in a single order, all of them will be cancelled and you will need to place a new order for only the jerseys other than the one featuring DAWHAN.
*Details about the change procedure will be sent to you by email after you fill out the questionnaire form.

・In the cases of ①, ③ and ④, the order must be placed using the membership account used to make the original order.
Please note that if you place an order under a different membership account, your order will be cancelled.
There is no problem with changing the shipping address.

If we do not receive a response by Friday, February 28th, we will ship the product as originally ordered.
・Depending on the closing date of the credit company, a withdrawal may be made once, but the amount will be deposited in the account the following month.
・For customers paying at a convenience store, we will contact you with instructions on how to proceed after you fill out the form.
