*For admission with the 2025 Season Pass, please see "Admission with the 2025 Season Pass" below.
*If you are entering without an Season Pass, you cannot enter with your membership card. Please prepare a separate ticket.
*Please be sure to use the dedicated terminal near the entrance gate to record your visit history. Please note that visit history and visit points cannot be recorded at a later date.
*If you have an Season Pass, you can enter the stadium using your membership card (IC card) or digital membership card via the dedicated terminal to receive attendance history and attendance points for the applicable match. In addition, your participation in the halftime lottery (until kickoff) will also be completed upon entering the stadium.
*The digital membership card (QR code) is different from the QR ticket for spectating the event.

How to enter with the 2025 Season Pass

You can enter with either your membership card (IC card) or digital membership card.
If you forget your membership card (IC card), please enter using your digital membership card.
If you are a child or other customer who does not have a mobile phone and have forgotten your membership card (IC card), please come to the fan club booth outside the venue.
*If you are entering with an Season Pass, you will not be able to display the QR code from the ticket list on J.League Ticket Tickets. Please make sure to enter with the above membership card (IC card) or digital membership card.

In addition, for those who have an Season Pass for the Gamba Supporter Seats, you will be able to enter the following matches using the QR code or paper ticket that you have pre-registered, as part of a demonstration experiment to turn the Gamba Supporter Seats into reserved seats.
Please note that you will not be able to enter with a membership card (IC card) or digital membership.
