Notification of cooperation in displaying banners at the Tonbori River Walk
On Wednesday, May 14th, GAMBA BOY participated in the banner hanging ceremony held at Tonbori River Walk.
Inbound demand has picked up steam in Osaka, with the city bustling with many foreign tourists every day.
Meanwhile, diving into the Dotonbori River continues to be a common occurrence, and is considered one of the issues facing the area.
The purpose of this initiative is to "prevent people from jumping into Dotonbori River, a symbol of Osaka, and to create a lively town."
The event was made possible through cooperation between the three clubs of GAMBA OSAKA, Cerezo Osaka, and FC Osaka, transcending the boundaries of their hometowns.
<About displaying banners>
Organizers: Osaka Revitalization Project Executive Committee / Osaka Football Association
Cooperation: GAMBA OSAKA, Cerezo Osaka, FC Osaka
*Banner display location: North bank between Ebisubashi and Dotonboribashi
* There is no deadline for displaying the banners, and they will be displayed for the time being.
We hope that the banners will brighten up the Dotonbori landscape and become a symbol of the connection between soccer and the city.
