Suita City "GAMBA OSAKA Food Drive" Implementation Report
On Saturday, December 6th, we held a food drive at the MEIJI YASUDA J1 LEAGUE 38th Sec. match against Tokyo Verdy.
Food drives are a way to help people who have purchased food but don't like it , or who have received too much and can't eat it all .
This is an activity in which unopened food that has not yet expired is donated, and in cooperation with local governments and social welfare councils, food banks are used to donate it to those in need .
Many people visited our booth on the day and donated food.
In addition, GAMBA OSAKA Youth players ( Okamoto Ryuta , Kasai Taishi , Kobayashi Aoi Kobayashi, Fujigaya Haruto ) also participated in this activity as an opportunity for social action.
Interacted with customers while receiving food.
The collected food will be handed over to the Suita City Social Welfare Council .
They will then be distributed to children in orphanages and children who visit children 's cafeterias in the city.
We would like to thank the fans and supporters who donated food this time, the Suita City Social Welfare Council ,
Thank you very much for your cooperation.
