If you are using the reservation service, please pick up your tickets at the fan club booth outside the stadium before kickoff. Pickup is only available during the designated time.
Please note that we cannot accommodate collection outside of business hours or at a later date.

*The fan club booth outside the venue will open from 12:00.
*You can also pick up your tickets at the special booth outside the stadium behind the home goal.
*You can only collect your gift once at any booth.
*Even if the stock runs out at the special booth behind the home goal outside the stadium, Royal Course members can still pick up their tickets at the fan club booth outside the stadium.
