Head Coach Poyatos: "I think Kyoto ended up with a better result overall. I would like to take this opportunity to apologize. Kyoto was ahead in the first half, so we aimed to turn it around in the second half while correcting the negative result for us, but we conceded a third goal early on, so I think Kyoto ended up with a better result overall. We just need to switch our minds now and focus on the next derby against Cerezo."

Q: "I think you changed the positions of the players in the second half. What was your aim in doing so and what were the intentions behind the substitutions?"
Head Coach Poyatos said, "The situation was not the best and we were in control, so we were trying to turn that around, but we ended up conceding the third goal at the very start."

Q: "What did you expect from the substitute players?"
Head Coach Poyatos: "Our aim was to control the game by bringing in Neta (Ravi), and to push the opponent back and try to make a move inside the goal area."

Q: "In the first half of the game, I think there were a lot of monotonous vertical passes. Was that inevitable, or did you want to go through the midfield a bit more and aim for the back? What was your aim in the first half?"
Head Coach Poyatos: "Yes. I think there are some overlapping points, but I think Kyoto did the right thing and we didn't reorganize well. As I said before, I think I am responsible for the situation."

Q: "I thought it would have been no surprise if they had conceded three or four points in the first half alone, but rather than it being a problem with the defense alone, I think they were too free with the ball and the defense as a whole wasn't working well. I think one of the reasons for this is the formation in the first half, but what was the aim of today's formation, if you can just say as much as you can?"
Head Coach Poyatos: "That's right. We wanted to maintain the intensity. However, we conceded the goal early, and it came from a throw-in, which is something we have been working on. It's a result we're not really satisfied with, and I think it's best not to talk about it any more. We need to get up, take responsibility for this, and move forward."
