At GAMBA OSAKA Academy, we offer an "Adult Soccer School" where beginners with no prior soccer experience can easily participate, under the guidance of dedicated GAMBA OSAKA school coaches, as a lifelong sport that is also useful for promoting health among a wide range of age groups.

School objectives	To experience the joy of soccer To experience the refreshing feeling of physical activity and promote health improvement. To broaden social circles and expand the number of football fans.
Practice days and times	Monthly practice on designated days throughout the year, from 19:45 to 21:15 (1 hour 30 minutes) The early morning course on Saturdays and Sundays is from 7:30 to 9:00. Ladies' / Masters Course: 7:45 AM - 9:00 AM Thursday (Senior League participation): Courses 40 & 50 are from 19:30 to 21:00. For those over 65, the time slot is 13:30-14:45.

"GAMBA OSAKA Banpaku Adult Soccer School" is now accepting new participants!

GAMBA OSAKA offers an "Adult Soccer School" as a lifelong sport that is beneficial for promoting health among a wide range of age groups.
The aim is not only to provide high-level training, but also to let participants experience the joy of soccer and the exhilaration of physical activity.
Our aim is to broaden social circles and promote health. We hope that participants will learn basic soccer techniques through playing with the ball and experience the joy of improving their skills. Beginners are welcome regardless of their soccer experience, so if you've never played soccer before but want to try it, if you enjoy watching soccer but want to learn more, or if you used to play soccer and want to play again after a long time, please join us and let's enjoy soccer together!
In addition to the very popular beginner class, there are courses held on each day of the week, as well as Sunday and Saturday early morning courses, ladies' courses, and masters courses (for those 50 and over),
We're also holding selections for our Adult Elite Course !!
Furthermore, we will be opening two new courses starting in the 2026 academic year!
NEW ① Over 65 Course : For those aged 65 and over, enjoy playing soccer with people of the same generation! Let's continue to enjoy soccer!
NEW② Adult Chin Clinic : GAMBA OSAKA alumnus Shinichi TERADA will be the main coach! He will provide expert advice based on his experience as a player.
Please join a course that suits your preferences and schedule! All courses are taught by dedicated GAMBA OSAKA School coaches.

Recruitment details	[Courses for each day of the week] For healthy individuals aged 18 and over who want to enjoy playing soccer (Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday courses)
	[Beginner Course] For healthy individuals aged 18 and over who want to enjoy playing soccer and receive instruction at a relaxed pace from the basics.
	[Ultra Beginner Course] This course is exclusively for those who want to start playing soccer or those who don't yet feel confident enough for a regular course! We provide thorough instruction starting from the basics. Application requirements apply. "Ultra Beginner Course" Application Requirements* Those who have been enrolled in the GAMBA OSAKA Adult Soccer School for three years or more are not eligible to apply. If, after joining, your level is clearly higher than that of the Ultra Beginner Course, we may ask you to transfer to another course after consulting with the administrative office. *Please note that we cannot issue refunds if you decide to decline the transfer due to scheduling conflicts with other courses.
	[Masters Course] For healthy individuals aged 50-65 as of April 2, 2026, who want to enjoy playing soccer and play with others of the same generation.
	[Ladies' Course] This is a women-only course. We will conduct basic training tailored to your skill level. Whether you usually play with men or are interested in participating in a women-only course, please join us!
	[Thursday Senior League Participation Course (40)] This course is for healthy individuals aged 40 or over as of April 2, 2026, who want to enjoy playing soccer and participate in matches (Thursdays). We will conduct training sessions with the aim of fostering team maturity among all participants. We will also be wearing matching uniforms and participating in the Suita City Senior Autumn League (ages 40 and over)! *There are no openings at this time. When a spot becomes available, applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.	[Thursday Senior League Participation Course (50)] This course is for healthy individuals aged 50 or over as of April 2, 2026, who want to enjoy playing soccer and participate in matches (Thursdays). We will conduct training sessions with the aim of fostering team maturity among all participants. We will also be wearing matching uniforms and participating in the Suita City Senior Autumn League (ages 50 and over)! *There are no openings at this time. When a spot becomes available, applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. In the Suita City Senior League (for those 50 years and older), there is no age limit for women (18 years and older) to participate. For women who wish to participate in the Senior League course (50), please contact the school office so we can arrange an individual application.
	"Senior League Participation Course (Common)" Notes Gamba School coaches will also be in charge of the league matches! If the minimum number of participants is not reached, we may have to withdraw from the league. In official matches, each player will have different playing time. Please consider this before deciding to participate. *The (40) and (50) courses will have separate practice sessions, but these will be held on the same practice day.
	[Adult Elite (Selection process available)] GAMBA OSAKA offers a variety of adult soccer schools for those who want to enjoy playing soccer, We will be offering our "Adult Elite" course, a course specifically designed for advanced and experienced players, again in 2026! A selection process will be held in April, and those who are matched in skill level will train together for one year. The goal is to further improve their skills (technique, decision-making, and physical ability)! We are accepting a limited number of participants (25 people). The first practice session in April (April 28th) will serve as a selection process, and only those who pass will participate in training from May onwards. Anyone can participate in the selection process (first-come, first-served). Applications for the Elite Selection will begin on March 19th (Thursday).
	NEW 【Over 65】 If you are healthy and want to enjoy playing soccer as of April 2, 2026, between the ages of 65 and 75, and want to play with people of your own generation, let's continue to enjoy soccer!
	NEW [Adult Penis Clinic] We are accepting a limited number of applicants (20 people). Our training sessions are conducted in small groups, focusing primarily on one-on-one practice, while also incorporating small-group tactics! We aim to improve both offensive and defensive skills by acquiring specialized techniques and judgment skills! Former GAMBA OSAKA player Shinichi TERADA will be the main coach! He will provide expert advice based on his experience as a player.

*All courses are open to both men and women, and there are no entrance tests (except for the Adult Elite Class), so anyone can easily join.

Practice day	A limited-time course consisting of 12 or 24 sessions per year on designated days of the week (basically once or twice per month). Please select one course from the practice day options below. *Practice dates may change due to ground conditions, weather, and other circumstances.

Miscellaneous expenses	Annual membership fee: 3,000 yen or 5,000 yen (including insurance and administrative fees). The "Over 65" course has an annual membership fee of 5,000 yen. Monthly fee: 3,200 yen. Available Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Beginner, Ultra Beginner, and Elite classes (once a month). Monthly fee: 2,400 yen (Ladies/Masters course, once a month) Monthly fee: 6,400 yen. Thursdays: Senior participation course (40 & 50) (twice a month). *For those participating in the Thursday Senior League, a separate league registration fee and uniform fee will be charged when participating in the Autumn League. League registration fee: approximately 3,000 yen / Uniforms (home & away): approximately 32,000 yen Monthly fee: 3,200 yen. Adult Elite (once a month) 11 months, starting in May. Selection fee: 3,000 yen (insurance fee / administrative fee included) Adult Elite (Selection) April Monthly fee: 4,800 yen. Over 65 (basically twice a month). Due to the summer heat, there will be no practice in August, but there may be three practice sessions at other times. Monthly fee: 8,000 yen. Includes Chin Clinic (twice a month).
How to apply for membership	Application Procedure
Precautions	Registration will be on a first-come, first-served basis (registration will close once the capacity is reached). Cancellations and refunds are not accepted after the application has been completed. Practice will be held on an artificial turf field, so it will proceed regardless of rain. There is no system for making up missed classes. Please note that there is a limited number of spots available for the Senior League participation course. To apply for the Elite Selection, please apply separately through the "GAMBA OSAKA Short-Term Clinic" website. Please apply only if you agree to all of the above terms.
Application period	Applications are accepted from 30 days prior to your desired start date until the limit is reached. Applications for the Elite Selection will open on Thursday, March 19th at 17:00. Only available courses will be accepted on an ongoing basis. First-come, first-served basis (registration will close once the capacity is reached).
