Outline of the Banpaku Adult Soccer Clinic

At the GAMBA OSAKA Academy, we hold "Adult Soccer Clinics" under the guidance of dedicated GAMBA OSAKA School coaches, in which anyone, regardless of soccer experience or beginner level, can easily participate as a lifelong sport that also helps promote health for a wide range of age groups.

Clinic Purpose	Experience the joy of soccer To promote health through experiencing the exhilarating effects of physical activity To expand opportunities for friendship and increase the number of soccer fans
Practice date and time	Monthly practice on designated days throughout the year, from 19:45 to 21:15 (1 hour and 30 minutes) Saturday and Sunday early morning courses are from 7:30 to 9:00 Ladies/Masters course: 7:45-9:00 *Thursday (Senior League) Course 40&50: 19:30-21:00

Adult soccer clinics are also held in Hirakata and Takatsuki.

"GAMBA OSAKA Banpaku Adult Soccer Clinic" We are always looking for new members!

GAMBA OSAKA runs an Adult Soccer Clinic as a lifelong sport that helps promote health for a wide range of age groups.
Our aim is not only to provide high-level training, but also to allow you to experience the fun of soccer and the exhilaration of moving your body, and to broaden your opportunities for socializing and promoting health. By touching the ball, you will master the basics of soccer and feel the joy of improving with your body. Regardless of your soccer experience, beginners are also welcome to join, so if you've never played soccer before but would like to try!, if you like watching soccer but would like to learn more about soccer, or if you used to play soccer and want to play again after a long time, please join us and enjoy soccer!
In addition to the very popular beginners' classes, we also offer courses for each day of the week, early morning courses on Sundays and Saturdays, ladies' courses and masters courses (for those 50 and over).
Selection for the Adult Elite Course will also be held!!
Please join us for a course that suits your needs and schedule! All courses are taught by dedicated GAMBA OSAKA School coaches.

Recruitment details	[Courses for each day of the week] Healthy people aged 20 or over who want to enjoy soccer (Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday course)
	[Beginner course] Anyone aged 20 or over who is healthy and wants to enjoy soccer and wants to receive gentle instruction starting from the basics.
	[Ultra Beginner Course] This course is exclusively for those who want to start playing soccer or who are not yet confident in their skills after taking the regular courses! We will provide thorough instruction starting from basic practice. Application conditions apply. "Ultra Beginner Course" Recruitment Conditions* Those who have been enrolled in the GAMBA OSAKA Osaka Adult Soccer Clinic for more than two years are not eligible to join. After joining, if your level is clearly higher than the Ultra Beginner course, we may ask you to transfer to another course after consulting with the secretariat. *Please note that even if you decline the transfer because the other course does not suit you, we will not be able to provide a refund.
	[Masters Course] Those who are 50 years of age or older as of April 2, 2024, are in good health, want to enjoy playing soccer, and want to enjoy playing with people of the same generation.
	[Ladies' Course] This is a course for women only. We will provide basic training according to your level. Please join us if you usually play with men, or if you would like to participate in a women-only course!
	[Thursday Senior League Participation Course (40)] Course for healthy people aged 40 or over as of April 2, 2024 who want to enjoy soccer and play in matches (Thursday) We will conduct training with the aim of maturing the participants as a team. We will wear uniforms and participate in the Suita City Senior Autumn League (for those 40 and over)! We are recruiting a limited number of people . Only men We are currently not accepting applications as we have reached capacity.	[Thursday Senior League Participation Course (50)] Course for healthy people aged 50 or over as of April 2, 2024 who want to enjoy soccer and play in matches (Thursday) We will conduct training with the aim of maturing the participants as a team. We will wear uniforms and participate in the Suita City Senior Autumn League (for those 50 and over)! The number of applicants is limited . In the Suita City Senior League (over 50 years old), women can participate without age restrictions (over 18 years old). If you are a woman and would like to enroll in the Senior League Course (50), we will handle your application individually, so please contact the school office. *We are currently not accepting applications as we have reached capacity.
	"Senior League Participation Course (Common)" Notes Gamba School coaches will also be in charge of league matches! If the minimum number of matches is not met, there is a possibility that the team will not participate in the league. In official matches, playing time varies from person to person. Please keep this in mind when considering participating. * Practice for the (40) and (50) courses will be held separately, but on the same days.
	[Adult Elite (selection available)] GAMBA OSAKA holds various clinics for adults who want to enjoy soccer. The "Adult Elite" course, specialized for advanced and experienced players, will be held again in 2024! Selection will be held in April, and participants will be trained for one year according to their level. We will aim to further improve our skills, judgment, and physical abilities!! The number of participants is limited (25 people) . The first practice day in April will be the selection day, and only those who pass will proceed with training from May onwards. Anyone can participate in the selection process (first come, first served)* .

*All courses are open to both men and women, and there are no entrance tests (except for the Adult Elite Class), so anyone is welcome to participate.

Expenses	Annual fee: 36,200 yen (including insurance fee and administrative fee) Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Beginner, Saturday, Sunday, Ultra Beginner course (once a month) Annual fee: 26,400 yen (including insurance fee and administrative fee) Ladies / Masters course (75 minutes once a month) Annual fee: 72,400 yen (including insurance fee and administrative fee) Thursday Senior Participation Course (40&50) (twice a month) "Senior League Participation Course (Common)" Notes *For the Thursday Senior League participation course, half the annual membership fee, 36,200 yen (for 12 sessions), will be charged by credit card at the time of initial application. The remaining 36,200 yen (for 12 installments) will be paid by bank transfer in September (scheduled). When participating in the fall league, separate league registration fees and uniform fees will be charged. League registration fee: approx. 3,000 yen / uniform (home and away): approx. 32,000 yen Only those who wish to participate in team activities will be able to do so. We will confirm your wish to participate before joining the league. If you are available on Thursdays when there are no team activities, you can still participate in regular practice. Notes	Registration will be on a first-come, first-served basis (registration will close once capacity is reached). If you apply by email, we will contact you by email with details of how to join and the participation fee. We will send a confirmation of receipt from an email address with the " @sp.gamba-osaka.net " domain within a few days, so please check your spam filter in advance to ensure that you can receive the reply. Participation fees (the participation fee varies depending on when you join) must be paid by bank transfer. Practice will be held rain or shine as we will be using an artificial turf field. There is no make-up system in place for absences. Please apply only if you agree to all of the above.
