Overview of the Banpaku Adult Soccer School

At GAMBA OSAKA Academy, we hold an "Adult Soccer School" under the guidance of dedicated GAMBA OSAKA school coaches, which is open to all ages, regardless of soccer experience, including beginners, as a lifelong sport that also helps promote health.

Adult soccer schools are also held in Hirakata and Takatsuki.

We are now accepting new participants for the "GAMBA OSAKA Banpaku Adult Soccer School"!!

GAMBA OSAKA runs an Adult Soccer School as a lifelong sport that also helps promote health for people of all ages.
The aim is not only to provide high-level training, but also to experience the fun of soccer and the exhilaration of moving your body.
The aim is to expand opportunities for friendship and promote good health. We hope that you will acquire basic soccer skills while touching the ball and experience the joy of improving with your body. Regardless of soccer experience, beginners are also welcome to participate, so if you're someone who has never played soccer but wants to try, someone who likes watching soccer but wants to learn more about it, or someone who used to play soccer and wants to play again after a long time, please come and join us and enjoy soccer!
In addition to the popular beginner's class, we also offer courses for each day of the week, early morning courses on Sundays and Saturdays, ladies' courses and masters courses (for those 50 and over).
Selection for the Adult Elite Course will also be held!!
Please join us for a course that suits your needs and schedule! All courses are taught by dedicated GAMBA OSAKA School coaches.

Recruitment details	[Courses for each day of the week] Healthy people aged 18 and over who want to enjoy soccer (Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday course)
	[Beginner Course] Healthy people over 18 who want to enjoy soccer and want to receive instruction starting from the basics.
	[Ultra Beginner Course] This course is exclusively for those who want to start playing soccer or who are not yet confident in their abilities after taking the regular course! We will provide thorough instruction starting from basic practice. Application conditions apply. "Ultra Beginner Course" application conditions* Those who have been enrolled in the GAMBA OSAKA Adult Soccer School for more than three years are not eligible to join. After joining, if your level is clearly higher than the Ultra Beginner Course, we may ask you to transfer to another course after consulting with the secretariat. *Please note that we will not provide a refund even if you decline the transfer because the other course does not suit you.
	[Masters Course] Those who are 50 years of age or older as of April 2, 2025, are healthy and want to enjoy playing soccer with people of the same generation.
	[Ladies' Course] This is a women-only course. We will provide basic training according to your level. If you usually play with men, or if you would like to participate in a women-only course, please come and join us!
	[Thursday Senior League Participation Course (40)] Course for healthy people aged 40 or over as of April 2, 2025 who want to enjoy playing soccer and participate in matches (Thursday) We will be conducting training with the aim of developing the participants as a team. We will be wearing uniforms and competing in the Suita City Senior Autumn League (for those 40 and over)! *Limited number of participants (first come, first served). Men only.** *We are currently not accepting applications as we have reached capacity.	[Thursday Senior League Participation Course (50)] Course for healthy people aged 50 or over as of April 2, 2025 who want to enjoy playing soccer and participate in matches (Thursdays) We will be conducting training with the aim of developing the team as a whole. We will be donning uniforms and competing in the Suita City Senior Autumn League (for those 50 and over)! We are not currently recruiting at this time. When a vacancy occurs, applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. In the Suita City Senior League (50 years and over), women can participate without any age restrictions (18 years and over). If you are a woman and would like to take the Senior League Course (50), we will handle your application individually, so please contact the school office. We are currently not accepting applications as we have reached capacity.
	"Senior League Participation Course (Common)" Notes Gamba School coaches will also be in charge of league matches! If the minimum number of events is not met, there is a possibility that the team will not participate in the league. Please note that the playing time for official matches will vary from person to person. *The (40) and (50) courses will have separate practice sessions, but will have the same practice days.
	[Adult Elite (selection available)] GAMBA OSAKA offers a variety of adult schools for those who want to enjoy soccer. The "Adult Elite" course, specialized for advanced and experienced skiers, will be held again in 2025! Selection will be held in April, and participants will be matched to their level and train for a year. We hope you will aim to further improve your skills (technique, judgment, and physical ability)!! The number of participants is limited to 25. Selection will take place on the first practice day in April (April 22nd), and only those who pass will be able to train from May onwards. Anyone can participate in the selection process (first come, first served) . *Applications for Elite Selection will begin on Sunday, March 16th.

*All courses are open to both men and women, and there are no entrance tests (except for the Adult Elite Class), so anyone is welcome to join.

How to apply for membership	Application procedure flow
Precautions	Registration will be on a first-come, first-served basis (registration will close once capacity is reached). Cancellations and refunds are not possible after the application is completed. Practice will be held rain or shine as we will be using an artificial turf field. There is no make-up system for absences. Please note that there is a limited number of participants for the Senior League course. There are no new applications for the Senior League Participation Course (50) this time. Please apply only if you agree to all of the above.
Application period	Applications open from Monday, March 10, 2025 Applications for the Elite Selection will begin on Sunday, March 16th We are accepting applications for vacant courses only.
