Super elite class Katano

About the Super Elite Katano Class

The GAMBA OSAKA Super Elite Katano Class aims to develop creative players who can compete on the world stage. Selected players from 4th to 6th grades take part in high-level training sessions every Thursday to prepare for the next age group.

The staff includes experienced and proven coaches, as well as former GAMBA OSAKA top team players, who provide a wide range of training content and guidance with an eye to the future. Although this course started in 2019, some players have been promoted to GAMBA OSAKA Junior Youth. There are no player registrations in the Super Elite Katano class. There are no activities during the spring/summer/winter holidays. You can continue to play with your current team. Let's grow together at the GAMBA OSAKA Academy, competing with top-level players of the same age and getting good stimulation.

overview

We will nurture top-level players of the same age to become elite soccer players who can soar into the world!!

GAMBA OSAKA runs the "GAMBA OSAKA Super Elite Class Katano" program for fourth, fifth, and sixth graders with the aim of "developing players who can compete on the world stage."
This class is for small groups of approximately 20 students of each age group, and will be directly instructed by experienced and proven coaches, with the aim of developing high-level play and mentality.
(We will not operate as a team and will not be registered with the Football Association.)

We will be holding a selection process to enter the GAMBA OSAKA Super Elite Katano Class. Only those who pass the selection process will be able to participate in the 2024 GAMBA OSAKA Super Elite Katano Class training. For those who want to do high-level GK training, a GK coach will provide direct instruction in small groups.

2024 GAMBA OSAKA Super Elite Class Katano Overview

Target grade	Boys currently in "5th grade (new 6th grade)", "4th grade (new 5th grade)", or "3rd grade (new 4th grade)" * Selection available for all grades
Capacity	Approximately 22 students from each grade level (including goalkeepers)
Achievements	GAMBA OSAKA Junior Youth Promotion 2019: 1 player, 2020: 1 player
Number of practice days	Approximately 3 times per month, 33 times per year (April to February Excluding August Scheduled on Thursdays in principle, not on public holidays)
Practice time	19:15-20:45 (*May change during spring, summer and winter holidays/holidays)

Expenses	Registration fee: 1,100 yen 2024 GAMBA OSAKA Fan Club Membership Fee: 1,700 yen Students in the Super Elite Katano class are required to join the fan club. If you are already a member, this is not necessary. Annual fee: 48,400 yen (April to July) 2nd term 72,600 yen (September to February) Other costs: Those who wish to purchase training wear will incur additional costs.

Notes	You cannot choose the date and time of the selection. The date and time will be decided by the GAMBA OSAKA Super Elite Katano Office. If you wish to participate in the selection process, please be sure to fill in the details only if your event overlaps with "(1) an official match of your current team" or "(2) a school event" → (for official matches, "tournament name/match date/time" is required, and for school events, "event date/content/time" is required). Please note that matches other than official matches and personal reasons will not be considered for scheduling. Furthermore, we cannot accommodate any schedule adjustments after your application has been completed, so please make sure to research the details in advance and make sure you do not forget to enter any information. In the event of cancellation, participation fees will not be refunded under any circumstances. If you are accepted, please inform your current team (school) of your participation.
