Authentication method
To participate in the Benefits by Number of Visits, please have your attendance verified at the "Benefits by Number of Visits Booth" at each game.
*A physical membership card or digital membership card is required for authentication. You will not be able to participate if you forget it.
You cannot participate using the One Touch Pass terminals located near the entrance gate.
How to check the number of authentication attempts
You can check the number of times you've been authenticated at the Benefits by Number of Visits booth based on the number of visits on your My Page.

Outside the stadium: Tent inside Gamba Well-being Park
Inside the stadium: Near C5 on the 3rd floor concourse of the bag stand (next to the Sendai Tanya Rikyu store)
There are two booths offering Benefits by Number of Visits outside the venue and one inside.
Please authenticate at the booth offering Benefits by Number of Visits, either inside or outside the venue.
This is different from the "One-Touch Pass" authentication system installed at the entrance gates inside the venue. Even Season Pass holders need to authenticate at the "Benefits by Number of Visits Booth."

Weekday matches:

To avoid congestion, we kindly ask for your cooperation in visiting the booths offering Benefits by Number of Visits, but avoiding the times listed below.

Outside the stadium: Booths open (4 hours before kickoff)
Inside the stadium: Booths open (3 hours before kickoff) and 1 hour before kickoff.
The booths inside the venue tend to get very crowded, so we recommend using the booths outside the venue for authentication to ensure a smoother experience.
Gift of special benefits
Rewards for Benefits by Number of Visits will be given according to the number of times you have been authenticated at the "Benefits by Number of Visits Booth".
You will receive a keychain when your authentication count reaches 3, 4, 8, and 15 times.
You cannot receive the reward at a later date. Please be sure to check your number of authentication attempts at the time of authentication, and if you are eligible to receive the reward, please receive it on the spot.
Please note that the keychains will be given to fan club members who have reached the specified number of authentications. They will not be given out on a first-come, first-served basis, so there is no need to queue.
About your visit history
Your attendance history will be added to your record upon authentication at the Benefits by Number of Visits booth. However, please note that the number of times you have watched a game displayed on your My Page does not reflect the number of times you have authenticated for attendance-based rewards.
You cannot participate in the Benefits by Number of Visits using the one-touch pass terminals located near the entrance gate.
Precautions
- Beginner Course are not included.
• A membership card is required for authentication. If you forget your card, please use your digital membership card. You will not be able to participate if you only have an information card.
Authentication is limited to one time per fan club member per game.
The eligible matches are league matches hosted by GAMBA OSAKA; cup matches and ACL home games are excluded.
- You cannot participate using the "One-Touch Pass" authentication system installed at the entrance gates inside the venue. Also, we cannot accommodate requests to add your pass or membership card after you have forgotten to attach it upon arrival.
Even those with an Season Pass will need to be authenticated at the "Benefits by Number of Visits Booth".
Please note that this is different from the visit history displayed on your My Page.
• Benefits by Number of Visits will be given to everyone whose visit has been verified.
• The Benefits by Number of Visits are not on a first-come, first- Benefits by Number of Visits for the number of times you attend during peak hours (when the booth opens and 1-2 hours before kickoff).
The " Benefits by Number of Visits " given out in the Meiji Yasuda J1 J.LEAGUE 100 YEAR VISION LEAGUE and the "Benefits by Number of Visits" given out in the 2026/27 season are different.
• The "Benefits by Number of Visits" are for the member only. Authentication and receipt by a representative are not permitted, so please ensure the member themselves comes to the "Benefits by Number of Visits Booth."
・To ensure fair operation, we do not allow one person to use multiple membership cards to receive items on behalf of others. If repeated fraudulent activity is detected, we may revoke your authentication history.
New members who have not yet received their physical membership card can authenticate using their digital membership card.
Only those with a valid ticket for the day's match are eligible for verification. We may ask to see your ticket.
