To everyone watching the J.League

Thank you for always supporting and watching the J.League. To live up to your support, we want to perform at our best. That is the same feeling that all players have.
Higher skill, stronger power, and more refined teamwork.
And above all else, fair play.

I would also like to ask all fans to cheer fairly and in a way that will liven up the atmosphere of the match.
To that end, the J.League has established rules and etiquette that are common to all clubs in all matches.

We want all fans who visit the stadium to have a pleasant and enjoyable time.
We ask for your understanding and cooperation.
Let's create a great match where the players' play and your enthusiastic support come together.

J.League General Spectator Etiquette and Rules

■There are some items that cannot be brought into the stadium.

Fireworks, firecrackers, smoke bombs, gas horns, etc. are not permitted.
Bottles and cans cannot be brought in.
Please transfer the contents into a paper cup at the entrance before entering.
Pets are not permitted to be brought to the event (except for guide dogs and hearing assistance dogs).
Please cooperate with baggage inspection at the entrance.

■Please observe proper cheering etiquette.

Please hang cheering banners and streamers in the designated areas so as not to interfere with spectators or the running of the match.
Please refrain from any discriminatory, insulting or offensive remarks or actions that violate public order and morals.
Leaning over from the front of the second and third floor seats and waving large flags is prohibited.

■Please do not do anything that will interfere with the running of the game.

The use of loudspeakers, sirens, whistles, etc. is prohibited.
Do not throw anything onto the field.
Never enter the field.

■Please refrain from doing anything that may cause inconvenience to other customers or residents living near the stadium.

Please refrain from leaving your belongings in the aisles or standing in the aisles while watching or cheering.
For safety reasons, please help keep the aisles open.
Smoking is prohibited inside the stadium.
Please refrain from using the parking lots of nearby public institutions (emergency medical facilities, etc.).

GAMBA OSAKA Watching Etiquette and Rules

In order to ensure the safety of stadium visitors, our club operates matches based on management regulations.
If any of the prohibited acts set out in the management regulations or any acts that pose a security risk are committed, you may be asked to leave the venue or be barred from entering the venue.
Please also be aware that you may be banned from entering matches at stadiums other than the one where the violation occurred.
We ask for your cooperation to ensure safety.

About spectators

Each ticket is valid for one person and one time only on the day (if the match date is changed, the ticket will only be valid for the same match).
Please note that resold tickets will be invalid and you may be denied entry. We will not be held responsible for any problems that may arise from tickets purchased through resale.
If you are injured at the venue, we will provide first aid, but we will not be held responsible for any subsequent injuries.
Tickets will not be reissued under any circumstances, including loss, fire, damage, etc. In addition, tickets will only be refunded if the match cannot be held, is cancelled, or does not go ahead due to force majeure, but travel expenses etc. will not be compensated (in such cases, the ticket stub will be required, so please keep it safe).
Purchased tickets cannot be exchanged or changed for any reason.
The smoking area will be open until the last 10 minutes of the game.
We have a nursing room and a kids' room. (Eating and drinking are prohibited in the kids' room.)
When you leave, please check your surroundings and make sure you have not left anything behind.
To ease congestion, we will be staggering people out.

GAMBA OSAKA Panasonic Stadium Suita Prohibited Actions

Making discriminatory or insulting remarks or actions on grounds of race, skin color, sex, language, religion, politics, or other grounds, as well as making remarks or actions that are contrary to public order and morals.
Unapproved club displays (home clubs only)
Placing banners, gate flags, large flags, etc. on seats in areas not approved by the club
Use of megaphones, drums, and gate flags in seats other than Gamba supporter seats and visitor unreserved seats
Standing up to watch the game in seats other than the Gamba supporter seats and the visitor general seating area
Standing on a chair to watch or cheer, or hitting stadium equipment (such as hitting a chair) instead of clapping
Use of confetti and paper tape
Hitting or kicking stadium equipment (hitting or kicking chairs, etc.)
Going out after 10 minutes of the second half
Re-entry after 20 minutes of the second half
Disrupting operations (group protests, staying behind, staying seated, stopping buses, etc.)
Any nuisance behavior inside or outside the stadium (such as Banpaku Park) (failure to follow instructions from staff, violence, intimidation, threats, or any other behavior that the club deems disruptive to public order)
Behavior that causes inconvenience to neighboring residents
Unauthorized distribution, posting, fundraising, signature campaigns, surveys, and sales of goods
Bringing in or using laser pointers, loudspeaker sirens, whistles, or other items that may interfere with the running of the match
Use of large flags (large flags larger than 1,015mm x 1,575mm) in areas other than Gamba supporter seats and visitor unreserved seats
Use of large flags (flags with metal poles) outside designated areas (areas designated by Spectator Rules)
Displaying banners outside of designated areas
Defamatory acts or display of banners against referees, players, Head Coach, spectators, or other related parties (if the club determines that the banner is defamatory, it will be removed immediately)
Cheering and watching with umbrellas open
Cutting in line illegally or reserving more spots than necessary
Leaving luggage in the aisles or standing in the aisles to watch the game
Smoking inside the stadium
Unauthorized use of nearby parking lots and parking in no-parking zones
Leaning over or sticking your feet out over fences or handrails
Sitting or straddling fences or railings
Disruptive behavior within the venue
Running around the venue
Any behavior that causes inconvenience to other spectators inside or outside the stadium (such as at Banpaku Park)
Use of drones and selfie sticks

Any other conduct that the club deems inappropriate

To all visiting team supporters

*If you plan to support the visiting team or wear or use uniforms or merchandise, please purchase a visitor unreserved seat, Category 4 Mixed Fan Seating, or Category 4 Front View Mixed Fan Seating seat.
All seats other than the visitor general seating, Category 4 Mixed Fan Seating, and Category 4 Front View Mixed Fan Seating seats are home areas, and cheering for the visiting team or wearing or using uniforms or merchandise is not permitted.
Please be aware of this in advance.
Customers with tickets for the visitor's unreserved seating or wearing visiting team merchandise will not be allowed to enter the Gamba supporter seating area.
Please note that we will be checking that you are wearing your ticket or merchandise at various points within the concourse when entering each area.

Regarding smoking area operation

In accordance with the partial revision of the Health Promotion Act that came into effect in April 2020, we aim to create a cleaner, more comfortable, and smoke-free stadium.
As part of this effort, the main smoking areas set up near the stadium will be exclusively for smokeless heated tobacco products, with the use of cigarettes restricted.
Specifically, as shown in the map of the stadium area below, the smoking areas set up in front of Gate 3 and Gate 4 will be designated as smokeless heated tobacco smoking areas only.
Due to changes in bicycle parking lot operations, customers who smoke cigarettes should check the information for each match for smoking areas.

Rules for displaying cheering banners and using large flags

Only official flags (flags sold and distributed by GAMBA OSAKA as merchandise) and items that have been applied for in advance and for which the club has contacted you to confirm that they can be displayed will be permitted to be displayed.

Please note that posters that have been approved for display by the club do not need to be updated each season. However, if there are any changes to the design, please be sure to submit an application.

*Please note that even if a display has been approved, GAMBA OSAKA may refuse to display it on the day of the match to prevent any problems, etc.
*The reception schedule is subject to change. Any changes will be announced on our website.
*Posting any discriminatory notices is strictly prohibited for any reason. You may be refused entry.

About the posted items

When displaying your banner, please be sure to follow the instructions of the staff.
Please be careful not to create crowds when posting.
If you do not follow the instructions, your poster may not be displayed.
Only items that have been approved for Application for posting materials may be posted.
Banners cannot be displayed in a way that obscures organizer or stadium advertising materials.
About the back stand display area
Please note that from the 2024 season onwards, due to the installation of partner signs, it will no longer be possible to display the sign.
*Gate flags will only be displayed on the Gamba supporter seats side and visitor unreserved seats.

Placement of support banners (GAMBA OSAKA: Gold ■ , Visiting team: Gray ■ )

*The location of the visitor general admission banners will vary depending on the match, and will be explained during the pre-match briefing or when you enter the stadium.
*The height of the display at the front of the 5th floor must be within 1m.
*Postings cannot cover block names or guide signs.

Regarding the use of large flags (flags with metal poles)

When using large flags (flags that use metal poles), please follow the instructions of the event organizers, security staff, or security personnel.
Please use with caution to avoid injuring those around you.
Please note that for match management reasons, the club may decide to cancel use of the facility.
*The use of banderas is prohibited.

*The location of the visitor general admission banners will vary depending on the match, and will be explained during the pre-match briefing or when you enter the stadium.

Concourse Movement

Basically, you can move around the Lower levels concourse of the stadium.
However, customers with tickets for Gamba supporter seats or those wearing GAMBA OSAKA support goods will not be allowed to enter the visitor unreserved seating area.
If you plan to wear visiting team support goods, please purchase a Visitor Unreserved Seat, Category 4 Mixed Fan Seating, or Category 4 FV Mix ticket.
Customers with tickets for the visitor's unreserved seating or wearing visiting team merchandise will not be allowed to enter the Gamba supporter seating area.
Please note that we will be checking that you are wearing your ticket or merchandise at various points within the concourse when entering each area.
