Entrance and queue management at Panasonic Stadium Suita

These "stadium entrance waiting line rules" are rules for reserving a spot when entering the stadium, and are not waiting line rules for other events.
Therefore, we would like to ask those who will be waiting in line after the lottery to understand and cooperate with these rules, so that we can work together to create a comfortable stadium.

GAMBA OSAKA cannot take any responsibility for any damage or loss of luggage, so please keep it safe and secure.

General Admission

If you are not a Fan Club J.LEAGUE 100 YEAR VISION LEAGUE+ 2026/27 Season Pass holder and have a Gamba Supporter Seat or Category 6 Unreserved Seat (Upper levels) ticket, please follow the rules for waiting in line and organizing the queue as follows.

Admission time

General admission	2 hours and 30 minutes before kick-off (scheduled)

Entrance gate

Gate 1 : For those with unreserved Gamba supporter seats tickets

Gate 3 : Category 6 unreserved seating (Upper levels) ticket holders

*The entrance gate may change depending on the match.

About reserving a spot in the entrance waiting line

You can reserve a spot from 3:00 PM the day before the match.
Banpaku Park is closed between 9:00pm and 5:30am on the day before the match, so entry is prohibited.
* Any attempt to secure a queue (by attaching a sheet, etc.) before 3:00 p.m. on the day before the match will be prohibited and invalid, and any sheets or other items used to indicate a queue may be removed and disposed of.
Up to 5 people can reserve one spot
(At least two seats are required for groups of six or more. However, each person is limited to one seat.)
*Please see below for rules regarding early entry for Fan Club J.LEAGUE 100 YEAR VISION LEAGUE+ 2026/27 Season Pass holders. Please be sure to check as there have been some changes to the entrance gates.
*Please refrain from staying overnight before the day before the match as this will cause great inconvenience to the park managers, park users, and local residents.
*Reserving a spot with duct tape or other materials is prohibited as the tape, trash, and tape marks will spoil the park's scenery.

Queue management for general admission gates (Gate 1) (for matches kicking off at 7:00 PM)

Check for tape [A staff member will take action as soon as he/she finds it]
If there is tape on the item, please remove it and pack it up. If there is luggage left behind, it will not be removed. There will be no packing.
*Please take care of your valuables. We cannot be held responsible for any loss or theft.
*You can reserve a spot from 3:00 PM on the day before the match, before checking the tape application.
Check the number of people and organize the queue, then enter directly [3 hours and 00 minutes before the start of the match (from 16:00)]
Please return to the queue. If there are multiple people, please return to the queue so that everyone is together.
Please gather your belongings and stand up. Please pack your belongings in order.
If you do not return when the line is reorganized, you will be asked to go to the end of the line.
Cutting in line or joining later will cause inconvenience to other customers and is strictly prohibited.
*General gates open 2 hours and 30 minutes before the start of the match. This may be moved up depending on the level of congestion.
*If necessary depending on the situation, we will also check the number of people and organize queues in addition to the above.

Fan Club J.LEAGUE 100 YEAR VISION LEAGUE+ 2026/27 Season Pass Early Admission

As an exclusive benefit for "Fan Club J.LEAGUE 100 YEAR VISION LEAGUE+ 2026/27 Season Pass holders," we will be offering "early entry" before the gates open for home games only.
*Those other than those with the Fan Club J.LEAGUE 100 YEAR VISION LEAGUE+ 2026/27 Season Pass must enter during general admission hours.

Regarding the 20-minute early entry rule

A 20-minute rule will be implemented after early entry.
During early entry, a "20-minute rule after early entry" will be in place in the Lower levels, middle and Upper levels areas of the Gamba supporter seats.

Important notes regarding the 20-minute early entry rule

For the first 20 minutes after early entry begins, it will not be possible to secure seats with luggage or other items in the Lower levels, middle, or Upper levels areas of the Gamba supporter seats (gold area shown in the diagram above).
Please be sure to take a seat if you wish to reserve a seat.
Please note that you will not be able to go to the toilet, smoke, or shop for 20 minutes after early entry begins.
If you have any luggage left on your seat, we may ask you to collect it.
Even if you leave your seat in the Lower levels, middle, or Upper levels areas after 20 minutes, excessive seat reservation is prohibited.
A total of 80 seats, including part of blocks D5 and D6 in the Lower levels area and part of blocks D24, D25, D26, D27, and D28 in the Upper levels area, will be designated as a "cheer coordination area," aiming to unify cheering to inspire the team and unify the cheering throughout the stadium.
In order to secure the "supporter coordination area," a maximum of 80 members of the supporter alliance, which is the supporter coordination group, will be allowed in before the early entrance. (They will be required to remain seated for 20 minutes after early entrance.)

3 hours and 30 minutes before the start of the match (from 15:30 if the kick-off is at 19:00)

We will organize the queue. Please make sure that everyone eligible for early entry is lined up at this time. If there is no one in line, the reserved spot will become invalid and any items used to reserve a spot will be removed.

Early Admission Lottery

J.League official app "Club J.LEAGUE" ( *Note 1 ) to apply for the early entry lottery and confirm your serial number on the day of the match.
*The app lottery is open to Gamba Supporter Seat holders of the J.LEAGUE 100 YEAR VISION LEAGUE+ 2026/27 Season Pass.
Please note that applications require an environment in which the official J.League app can be used, such as a smartphone or tablet, and applications cannot be made from feature phones (feature phone) or PCs.

If you have not yet linked your One Touch Pass ID to the official J.League app, you will not be able to enter the early entry lottery, so please be sure to link your One Touch Pass ID.

Precautions

Those eligible for the early admission lottery are those who hold a "Gamba Supporter Seat with a Fan Club J.LEAGUE 100 YEAR VISION LEAGUE+ 2026/27 Season Pass."
Other people (those with Exciting Seats, Category 1 Front View, Category 1, Category 2 Front View, Category 2, Category 3, Category 4 Front View, Category 4, Category 6 Reserved Seats, Front View, Category 6 Reserved Seats, wheelchairs, and Gamba Supporter Seats not participating in the lottery) can also enter before general admission customers as before if they have an Season Pass.
Admission will be on a first-come, first-served basis after the early admission lottery winners have entered.
To prevent fraud, we will not accept screenshots. Please show the serial number screen on the official J.League app.
To prevent unauthorized entry, each lottery number for early entry will only be available to up to five people who hold a Gamba Supporter Seat Season Pass.
If you know someone who has a Gamba Supporter Seat Season Pass, you can line up with up to five people per pass and enter the stadium.
