Rules for entry/queue management

Regarding entry and queue management at Panasonic Stadium Suita

These "Stadium Entry Queue Place-Reserving Rules" apply to reserving a place to enter the stadium, and do not apply to queue rules for other events.
Therefore, we would like to ask for your understanding and cooperation with this rule, even if you are waiting in line after the lottery, so that we can create a comfortable stadium together.

Rules for securing a place in the entrance queue and managing the queue.

GAMBA OSAKA will not be held responsible for any damage to or loss of your belongings, so please manage them carefully yourself.

About general admission

If you are not a fan club member with a "J.LEAGUE 100 YEAR VISION LEAGUE+ 2026/27 Season Pass" or a "2026/27 Season Pass," but have a Gamba Supporter Seat or Category 6 General Admission (Upper levels) ticket, please follow the rules for the entrance queue and queue management below.
*If you are a holder of the Fan Club "J.LEAGUE 100 YEAR VISION LEAGUE+ 2026/27 Season Pass" or "2026/27 Season Pass," please check the following information regarding "Priority Entry for Fan Club "J.LEAGUE 100 YEAR VISION LEAGUE+ 2026/27 Season Pass" and "2026/27 Season Pass."

Fan Club "J.LEAGUE 100 YEAR VISION LEAGUE+ 2026/27 Season Pass" and "2026/27 Season Pass" Priority Entry Information

Admission time

General admission	Two hours and thirty minutes before kickoff (scheduled)

Entrance gate

Gate 1 : For those with Gamba Supporter Seat General Admission tickets

Gate 3 : For those with Category 6 General Admission (Upper levels) tickets

*The entrance gate may change depending on the match.

Regarding securing a place in the entrance waiting line

You can reserve a spot from 3:00 PM the day before the match.
Please note that Banpaku Park is closed between 9:00 PM and 5:30 AM the day before the match, so entry is prohibited during that time.
*Securing a place in line (by placing sheets, etc.) before 3:00 PM the day before the match is prohibited or invalid, and any sheets or other items used to mark a place in line may be removed or discarded.
Up to 5 people per reserved spot.
(For groups of 6 or more, at least two are required. However, each person is limited to reserving only one spot.)
*Please see below for rules regarding priority entry for Fan Club J.LEAGUE 100 YEAR VISION LEAGUE+ 2026/27 Season Pass holders. Please be sure to check the information as there are changes to some entrance gates.
*Please refrain from camping out overnight before the day of a match, as this will cause significant inconvenience to park managers, park users, and nearby residents.
*Reserving a spot by sticking on duct tape or similar material is prohibited because the tape, trash, and tape residue detract from the park's appearance.

Regarding queue management for general admission at Gate Gate 1(for matches with a 19:00 kickoff):

If there is tape on the items, please remove it and pack them together. If there are items already placed, we will not remove them. Packing will not be done either.
*Please manage your valuables yourself. We cannot be held responsible for any loss or theft.
*You can reserve your spot from 3 PM the day before the match, before the tape check.
Headcount and queue management, then entry [3 hours before the match starts (16:00)]
Please return to the line. If there are multiple people, please return to the line together.
Please gather your belongings and stand up. Please pack them in order.
Those who have not returned by the time the line was organized will be asked to go to the back of the line.
Cutting in line or joining the queue late is strictly prohibited as it inconveniences other customers.
*General admission is 2 hours and 30 minutes before the start of the match. This may be moved up depending on the crowd.
*Depending on the situation, we may also perform headcount checks and queue management in addition to the above.

Fan Club "J.LEAGUE 100 YEAR VISION LEAGUE+ 2026/27 Season Pass" and "2026/27 Season Pass" Priority Entry Information

As an exclusive benefit for members of the fan club "J.LEAGUE 100 YEAR VISION LEAGUE+ 2026/27 Season Pass" and "2026/27 Season Pass," we will be offering "early entry" to home games before the gates open.
*Those who are not members of the fan club "J.LEAGUE 100 YEAR VISION LEAGUE+ 2026/27 Season Pass" or "2026/27 Season Pass" should enter during general admission hours.

Rules for the 20 minutes after early entry

We will be implementing a 20-minute rule after early entry.
During the early entry period, a "20-minute rule after early entry" will be implemented in the Lower levels, middle, and Upper levels levels of the Gamba supporter seats.

Important notes regarding the rules for the 20 minutes after early entry.

For the first 20 minutes after early entry begins, it is not permitted to reserve seats with luggage or any other items in the Lower levels, middle, and Upper levels levels of the Gamba Supporters' Seats (the Gold Area shown in the diagram above).
If you reserve a seat, please be sure to take it.
Please note that for the first 20 minutes after early entry begins, you will not be able to go to the restrooms, cigarette shops, or other facilities.
If you leave your belongings on your seat, we may collect them from you.
Even when leaving your seat in the Lower levels, middle, or Upper levels levels after 20 minutes, excessive seat reservation is prohibited.
A total of 80 seats, consisting of parts of blocks D5 and D6 in the Lower levels area and parts of blocks D24, D25, D26, D27, and D28 in the Upper levels area, will be designated as a "Cheering Coordination Area" where cheering will be unified to inspire the team and create a unified atmosphere throughout the stadium.
To secure the "Cheering Control Area," we will allow up to 80 members of the Supporters' Union, the cheering control group, to enter before the priority entry period. (They will be seated for 20 minutes after the priority entry period.)

3 hours and 30 minutes before the match kicks off (15:30 onwards if the kickoff is at 19:00)

We will be organizing the queue. Please ensure that everyone eligible for early entry is lined up at this time. If no one is lined up, the reservation will be invalid, and any belongings used to reserve a spot will be removed.

Fan club "J.LEAGUE 100 YEAR VISION LEAGUE+ 2026/27 Season Pass" and "2026/27 Season Pass" priority entry queue management has begun.

Admission time

Regarding the priority entry lottery

*The app lottery is open only to those who hold a Gamba Osaka Supporters' Seat with a J.LEAGUE 100 YEAR VISION LEAGUE+ 2026/27 Season Pass.
Please note that applications require a smartphone, tablet, or other device capable of running the official J.League app. Applications cannot be submitted via feature phones (feature phone) or PCs.

If you have not yet linked your One-Touch Pass ID with the official J.League app, you will not be able to participate in the priority entry lottery, so please be sure to link your One-Touch Pass ID.

Set your J.League ID to your One-Touch Pass ID (7-digit fan club number).

Precautions

Those eligible for the priority entry lottery are those who hold a "Fan Club J.LEAGUE 100 YEAR VISION LEAGUE+ 2026/27 Season Pass Gamba Supporter Seat".
Others (those with Exciting Seats, Category 1 Front View, Category 1, Category 2 Front View, Category 2, Category 3, Category 4 Front View, Category 4, Category 6 Reserved Seats Front View, Category 6 Reserved Seats, wheelchairs, and Gamba Supporter Seats who did not participate in the lottery) can enter before general admission customers as before, if they have an Season Pass.
Entry will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis, after those who have been selected for priority entry via lottery have entered.
To prevent fraud, screenshots are not accepted. Please show the queue number screen on the official J.League app.
To prevent unauthorized entry, each priority entry lottery number is valid for up to 5 people who hold a Gamba Supporters Seat Season Pass.
If you know someone who has a Gamba Osaka Supporters' Seats Season Pass, they can line up with up to 5 people per pass and enter the stadium together.
