Admission and queue management at Panasonic Stadium Suita

These "stadium entrance waiting line rules" are rules for reserving spots when entering the stadium, and are not waiting line rules for other events.
Therefore, we would like to ask those who wait in line after the lottery to understand and cooperate with these rules, so that we can work together to create a comfortable stadium.

Rules for reserving a spot in the entrance waiting line and organizing the line

GAMBA OSAKA cannot take any responsibility for any damage or loss of luggage, so please keep a close eye on it.

General Admission

If you are not a 2024 Fan Club Season Pass holder and have a Gamba Supporter Seat or Category 6 Unreserved Seat (Upper levels) ticket, please follow the rules for waiting in line and organizing queues for entry.
*If you are a Fan Club 2024 Season Pass holder, please see "About Early Entry for Fan Club 2024 Season Pass Passes" below.

About early admission to the Fan Club 2024 Season Pass

Admission time

General Admission	2 hours and 30 minutes before kickoff (scheduled)

Entrance gate

Gate 1 : Those with unreserved tickets for Gamba Supporter Seats

Gate 3 : Category 6 unreserved seating (Upper levels) ticket holders

*The entrance gate may change depending on the match.

About reserving a place in the waiting line

You can reserve a spot from 15:00 on the day before the match.
Please note that Expo Park will be closed between 9pm and 5:30am on the day before the match and entry is prohibited.
* Any attempt to secure a queue (by sticking up a sheet, etc.) before 3:00 p.m. on the day before a match will be prohibited and invalid, and any sheets or other items used to indicate a queue may be removed and discarded.
Up to 5 people per spot
(At least two are required for groups of six or more. However, each person is limited to one spot.)
*Please see below for the rules regarding early entry for Fan Club 2024 Season Pass holders. Please be sure to check as there have been some changes to the entrance gates.
*Please refrain from staying overnight before the day before the match as this will cause considerable inconvenience to the park managers, park users, and local residents.
*Reserving a spot with duct tape or other objects is prohibited as the tape, trash, and tape marks will ruin the park's scenery.

Queue management on match days

Check for tape sticking (a staff member will take action as soon as he/she finds it)
If there is tape on the item, please remove it and pack it. If you have any luggage left, we will not remove it. There will be no assortment.
Checking the number of people and organizing the queue [3 hours and 30 minutes before the start of the match]
Please return to the queue. If there are multiple people, please have at least one person return.
If you have left your luggage behind, it will be removed. Your luggage will be packed up. After the queue is organized, even if you leave the queue, please be sure to return before the gates open.
*Please make sure to pick up your removed luggage on the same day.
Admission [Just before the gates open]
Please gather your belongings and stand up. Please pack them in order.
If you are not back when the gates open, you will be asked to go to the end of the line.
*General gates open 2 hours and 30 minutes before the start of the match. This may be brought forward depending on congestion.
*If necessary depending on the situation, we will also check the number of people in attendance and organize queues in addition to the above.

About early admission to the Fan Club 2024 Season Pass

As an exclusive benefit to "2024 Fan Club Season Pass purchasers, " early entry will be available only before the gates open for home games.
*Those who do not have a 2024 Fan Club Season Pass must enter during general admission hours.

Regarding the 20-minute early entry rule

A 20-minute rule will be implemented after early entry.
At the time of early entry, a "20-minute rule after early entry" will be in place in the Lower levels, middle and Upper levels areas of the Gamba supporter seats.

Important Notice Regarding the 20-minute Early Admission Rule

For the first 20 minutes after early admission begins, it will not be possible to secure seats with luggage or other items in the Lower levels, middle, or Upper levels areas of the Gamba supporter seats (gold area shown in the diagram above).
Please be sure to take a seat if you wish to reserve a seat.
Please note that you will not be able to go to the toilet, smoke, or shop for 20 minutes after early admission begins.
If you have any luggage left on your seat, we may ask you to collect it.
Even when leaving your seat in the Lower levels, middle, or Upper levels areas after 20 minutes, excessive seat reservation is prohibited.
A total of 70 seats, including part of blocks D5 and D6 in the Lower levels area and parts of blocks D24, D25, D26, D27, and D28 in the Upper levels area, will be designated as a "cheer coordination area" to unify cheering in order to inspire the team and encourage the entire stadium to cheer in unison.
In order to secure the "cheering control area," a maximum of 70 supporters, who are the cheering control group, will enter before the early entrance. (They will be required to remain seated for 20 minutes after early entrance.)

4 hours before kick-off

The queue will be adjusted. Please make sure that one person who has reserved a spot returns at this time. If there is no one to represent the group, the reserved spot will become invalid and any belongings that have been reserved will be removed.

Early admission lottery

J.League official app "Club J.LEAGUE" ( *Note 1 ) to apply for the early entry lottery and check your serial number on the day of the match.
*The app lottery is open to those who hold a 2024 Season Pass for the Gamba Supporter Seats.
Please note that to apply, you will need a smartphone, tablet or other device that is capable of using the official J.League app. Applications cannot be made from feature phones (feature phone) or PCs.

If you have not yet linked your One Touch Pass ID to the official J.League app, you will not be able to enter the early entry lottery, so please be sure to link your One Touch Pass ID.
* Outside of the Early Entry Application period, the image [※1] will be displayed even if you have already linked your One Touch Pass ID.

Notes

Those eligible for the early admission lottery are those who hold a "Gamba Supporter Seat with a Fan Club 2024 Season Pass."
Other people (those with Exciting Seats, Category 1, 2, 3, Category 4, Category 4 Front View, wheelchair seats, and Gamba Supporter Seats not participating in the lottery) can also enter before general admission customers as before if they have an Season Pass.
Admission will be on a first-come, first-served basis after the early admission lottery winners have entered.
To prevent fraud, we will not accept screenshots. Please show the screen showing your serial number on the official J.League app.
It is possible to register multiple people on one device by switching accounts by logging in and out.
However, when arranging the queue, you will need to show your lottery number screen (screenshots are not accepted), and to prevent fraud, you will not be able to lend or borrow devices while arranging the queue. Therefore, only one lottery number can be used per device.
In order to prevent unauthorized entry, only Gamba Supporter Seat Season Pass holders can queue up for one early entry lottery number, up to five people at a time.
If you know someone who has a Gamba Supporter Seat Season Pass, you can line up together with up to five people per pass and enter the stadium.

To all visiting team supporters

*If you plan to support the visiting team or wear/support uniforms and merchandise, we ask that you purchase a visitor unreserved seat, Category 4 Mixed Fan Seating, or Category 4 Front View Mixed Fan Seating seat.
Seats other than the visitor unreserved seats, Category 4 Mixed Fan Seating, and Category 4 Front View Mixed Fan Seating seats are home areas, and watching the game while cheering for the visiting team or wearing or using uniforms or merchandise is not permitted.

Customers with tickets for the visitor unreserved seating or wearing visiting team merchandise will not be allowed to enter the Gamba supporter seats area.
Please note that we will check whether you are wearing your ticket or merchandise at various points in the concourse when entering each area.
