What you can do on My Page

You can review your application details for the J.LEAGUE 100 YEAR VISION LEAGUE+ 2026/27 season and apply for additional options.
Please log in using your membership number and date of birth.

Additional applications for the Mofremu Plan (Applications open: November 14, 2025 (Friday) 12:00)
*Free shipping for orders placed by December 21st, 2025 (Sunday)! (A shipping fee of 500 yen will be charged after that date.)
Issuance/reissuance of membership card (1,500 yen)
*Your membership number will change.
Information card replacement (1,000 yen)
Request to resend the bonus item
If the bonus item is returned to the sender, you can request resending it via cash on delivery.

How to use My Page

Please see below for instructions on how to use My Page.

1. Login screen
2. Please log in with J.LEAGUE ID that is linked to your One-Touch Pass ID (membership number).
3. Confirmation of Membership Number
4. Selection
5. My Page TOP screen
6. Select each item from the menu.

To use this service, you need to link your OneTouch Pass ID (membership number) with J.LEAGUE ID.

Application procedures for activities such as match days

You can now register for activities such as match days through your My Page.
*A J.League ID is required to apply.
*Please be sure to apply through your own My Page.

Activity Application Procedure

1. If you have joined the J.LEAGUE 100 YEAR VISION LEAGUE+ 2026/27 season fan club, please link your J.League ID and membership number in advance and then click [Login/New Registration].
2. Enter your J.League ID and password and click [Login].
If you do not have a J.League ID, please register as a new member.
*This may not be displayed for users who are already logged in on their device.
3. Please confirm your membership number and press [Select].
4. Select [Menu]
5. Select [Event Application].
6. From the list of activities that appears, select "View Details".
7. Please review your application details and select "Confirm Application Details".
8. If there are no problems with your application details, please select [Apply].
9. Application complete

Activity application cancellation procedure

1. Select "Event Application" from the menu.
2. If you wish to cancel after applying, please select [Applied].
3. If you wish to cancel after applying, please select "Cancel Application".
4. Application cancellation complete.

Activity lottery result confirmation procedure

1. Select "Event Application" from the menu.
2. Select "Check the lottery results".
3. If you win, the word "[Winner]" will be displayed in the bottom right corner.
