Discounts for people with disabilities
In response to the recommendation in the "Digital Government Action Plan" (Cabinet decision on December 25, 2020) and the "Key Plan for Realizing a Digital Society" (Cabinet decision on June 18, 2021) to offer discounted tickets for persons with disabilities online, we are selling discounted tickets for persons with disabilities online through "Mirairo Ticket" in the digital disability certificate "Mirairo ID."

Tickets will be on sale from the general sales start date for each match.

500 yen discount off the regular price for adults, 200 yen discount off for elementary, middle and high school students (person only)
*There are no discounts for people with disabilities for various discount tickets such as Fan Club Advance Discounts and Hometown Support Day.
*The types of seats available for sale vary for each match (some seats only). Please check Mirairo Ticket for details.
*Parking tickets can be purchased through J.League Ticket.

How to purchase Mirairo tickets
| STEP1 | Download the Mirairo ID app and create an account. |

| STEP2 | Please take a photo of your disability certificate and send it to us. *The Mirairo ID Management Office will review and register your application. *It usually takes three business days to review and register a disability certificate. |
| STEP3 | Once the review and registration is complete, please log in to your Mirairo ID and purchase the relevant ticket. *Payment must be made by credit card. *Only people who have registered their disability certificate to their Mirairo ID can purchase Mirairo tickets. |
How to use Mirairo Ticket
| STEP1 | Log in to your Mirairo ID and present your ticket for the match in question to the staff at the entrance gate from My Tickets. |

About Mirairo ID
This is a smartphone app for people who have a disability certificate. Users can register their disability certificate information and other information on their Mirairo ID. By presenting the Mirairo ID instead of the disability certificate at businesses that accept it as identification, such as public institutions and commercial facilities, users can receive discounts and other benefits.
