What is a seat change service (ticket)?
This service allows you to change your seat by purchasing a QR ticket via credit card payment through GAMBA TICKET(J.League Ticket) and then upgrading your ticket.
For example, you can use it in situations like these.
I bought a Gamba supporter seat ticket, but I'd really prefer to watch the game comfortably from a Category 1 seat!
My child can no longer go, so I want to exchange their youth tickets for adult tickets!
- After I purchased my ticket, a ticket with special benefits went on sale, so I want to buy it again!
I've suddenly decided to watch the game with a friend, so I'd like to sit next to them!

Terms of Use
Condition ① The ticket must be a QR ticket purchased through GAMBA TICKET(J.League Ticket).
Condition ② The purchase must have been made using a credit card.
Condition 3: The change must be greater than or equal to the ticket price and number of tickets at the time of purchase.

Period during which seat changes are possible
Tickets go on sale to the general public for each match until 23:59 the day before the match.
Seat types eligible for seat change
All types of tickets currently on general sale (excluding Promotional Ticket)
*Some seating categories may be excluded depending on the match.
Price when changing seats
Your payment for your existing ticket will be canceled, and you will need to repurchase the changed seat at the "general sale price".
*If dynamic pricing applies to the match, this service will also be subject to dynamic pricing.
*A seat change fee of 220 yen per seat will be charged.
*Even if you change seats with an invitation or discount ticket, payment will be at the "general sale price".

The changed ticket status has changed to "Seat changed".
Tickets that are not eligible for the "seat change service (tickets)"
- Various Season Pass and Corporate Season Ticket
- Tickets obtained using home game invitation tickets (serial keys), excluding upgraded seating categories.
- Resale tickets
- Paper tickets (all tickets issued on paper, including those issued at Seven-Eleven stores and those delivered/collected via mail)
- Tickets paid for by means other than credit card (including QR tickets)
- Mirairo Ticket (Ticket for people with disabilities)
- Tickets obtained through illegal resale
- Other specific tickets designated by GAMBA OSAKA(exclusions will be announced on a case-by-case basis)
Important Notes
- Season Pass and tickets purchased through resale are not eligible for the seat change service (tickets).
- Only QR tickets purchased with a credit card are eligible for this service.
- A fee of 220 yen (tax included) per seat will be charged for seat changes.
- If you change your seat from a ticket that includes special benefits, there is a possibility that you may lose your right to those benefits as a result of the seat change.
- You can only exchange your ticket for tickets to the same match. You cannot exchange it for tickets to a different match.
- Depending on the match or promotion, some seat types may not be eligible for the seat change service (tickets).
- Upgrades are not possible with the same seat number. If you wish to upgrade from youth/high school to adult status, your seat location will change.
- Changes are only possible if the number of changes exceeds the number of items purchased and is equal to or greater than the purchase price.
- Repurchasing is done on a per-transaction basis. It is not possible to change only a portion of the tickets in a transaction.
Example: You cannot change the seat for only one of the two tickets you purchased. - U-21 J.League matches are not eligible for the seat change service.
