What is the seat change service (ticket)?

This is a service that allows you to change your seat by upgrading a QR ticket purchased with credit card payment on GAMBA TICKET(J.League Ticket).

For example, you can use it in the following situations:

・I bought a Gamba supporter seat, but I would like to watch the game at my leisure in Category 1!
-My child can no longer attend, so I would like to change my youth tickets to adult tickets!
-After I purchased my ticket, tickets with bonuses went on sale, so I want to buy them again!
-I suddenly decided to watch the game with a friend and would like to sit next to him!

Terms of Use

Condition 1: The QR ticket must be purchased from GAMBA TICKET(J.League Ticket).
Condition 2: Purchase must have been made by credit card
Condition 3: The change must be greater than the ticket price and number of tickets purchased.

Period during which seat changes are possible

General sales for each match until 23:59 the day before the match

Seat types eligible for seat changes

All seat types currently on general sale (excluding Promotional Ticket)
*Some seat types may not be eligible depending on the game.

Price for changing seats

Your payment for the ticket you have already purchased will be canceled, and you will be required to purchase the new seat at the "general sales price."
*For matches where dynamic pricing is applied, this service will also be subject to dynamic pricing.
*A seat change fee of 220 yen will be charged per seat.
*Even if you change the seat of an invitation ticket or preferential ticket, you will be charged the "general sales price."

Tickets not eligible for the "Seat Change Service (Tickets)"

Various Season Pass and Corporate Season Ticket
Tickets purchased using a home game invitation ticket (serial key) excluding upgraded seat types
Resale tickets
Paper tickets (all tickets issued on paper, such as tickets issued at 7-Eleven or delivered to your home)
Tickets paid for by means other than credit card (including QR tickets)
Mirairo Ticket (Ticket for people with disabilities)
Tickets obtained through illegal resale
Other specific tickets designated by GAMBA OSAKA(we will announce any ineligible tickets on a case-by-case basis)

Important Notice

Season Pass and resale tickets are not eligible for the seat change service (tickets).
The service can only be used with QR tickets purchased with a credit card.
There is a fee of 220 yen (tax included) per seat for seat changes.
If you change seats from a ticket with benefits, you may lose your rights to the benefits.
Tickets can only be exchanged for the same match, not for a different match.
Depending on the match or campaign, some seat types may not be eligible for the seat change service (tickets).
Upgrades cannot be made for the same seat number. If you wish to upgrade from youth, or high school student to adult, your seat location will be changed.
Changes are only possible if the amount is equal to or greater than the number of tickets purchased and the total amount is equal to or greater than the amount purchased.
Repurchases will be made on a per transaction basis. It is not possible to change only some of the tickets in a transaction.
Example: If you purchase two tickets, you cannot change the seat of only one.
