2026 Okinawa Nakagusuku Village Camp Day 7
AM Training
The morning training focused on ball-based training.
The players confirmed how to move the ball through rondos and mini-games, and there were many scenes of fierce battles in one-on-one situations.
Today's training session was also held in a points-based format, which resulted in an exciting session throughout.
PM Training
The PM training was conducted in two groups: one that checked defensive positioning, and one that performed strength training.
During the strength training, physical coach Timo Rosenberg gave advice at every stage, and the players worked hard, paying close attention to the finer points.
The athletes and staff encouraged each other, and the rigorous training was carried out in a cheerful atmosphere. Also, since today was Sunday, many fans and supporters came to the Yoshinoura Park Gosamaru Athletics Stadium. Thank you very much to everyone who came.
