Regarding the uniform renewal of the gorilla statue in front of JR Suita Station on Thursday, October 29th.
On Thursday, October 29th, we renewed the uniform of the gorilla statue installed on the wall of the Thanks Building No. 2 in front of JR Suita Station.
After the J.League was established, the local Suita Sankusu Shopping Association Commercial Cooperative wore the uniforms to support GAMBA OSAKA, whose home town is Suita City.
Approximately 30 years have passed since then. The emblem has been updated and the old one has deteriorated, so this time, with the aim of further enhancing the Gamba Osaka spirit in the town, we have renewed the uniforms.
If you're ever in the area, please come and see it for yourself.
We would like to express our sincere gratitude to the Suita Sankusu Shopping Association Commercial Cooperative, the City of Suita, and all other related organizations for their invaluable support in the renewal of our uniforms.
GAMBA OSAKA will continue to work towards becoming a beloved club rooted in the community, so that we can continue to receive support from the people of our hometown.
