This is an announcement regarding a change to the fan club membership card that is currently given to new members as a benefit when they join the fan club.

[For those who are already members of the 2024 Fan Club]
Your current fan club membership card (nanaco IC card) can continue to be used after the 2025 season.
Please note that membership cards are for life and new membership cards will not be issued to continuing members.

[Those who are members of the 2023 Fan Club and wish to continue as members of the 2024 Fan Club]
If you are a member of the 2023 Fan Club but have not yet joined the 2024 Fan Club, you will become a "continuing member" if you join the 2024 Fan Club.
Please note that membership cards are for life and new membership cards will not be issued to continuing members.

[Those who will join the 2024 Fan Club in the future]
When you join the fan club, you will be given a "nanaco IC card" as your membership card, but we will change the card as soon as our current card stock runs out.
Please note that the new membership card will not have an electronic money function.


In addition, if you wish to have your membership card reissued due to loss or other reasons, a "reissue fee" will be charged as before.
Starting from the 2025 season, if your membership card becomes unusable due to a malfunction of the magnetic strip within one year of joining (after your membership card is issued), we will replace it free of charge. However, please note that in any case where you need to reissue your membership card more than one year after it was issued, there will be a fee for the reissue.
You can also use a "digital membership card (free of charge)" as your membership card.
