Report on the "GAMBA OSAKA Food Drive" in Suita City
On Sunday, MEIJI YASUDA J1 LEAGUE 38th Sec. match Sanfrecce Hiroshima.
A food drive is an activity in which people donate unopened food that has not yet expired, such as food that they purchased but did not like, or food that they were given but could not eat, and then, in cooperation with local governments and social welfare councils, we donate it to people in need through food banks.
Many fans and supporters visited our booth and donated food.
GAMBA OSAKA Youth players also participated in the activity, receiving the food and expressing their gratitude to the customers.
Approximately 15kg of food was collected during this food drive.
The day after the match, we visited the Suita City Social Welfare Council and distributed food items.
The food will be delivered to children in child welfare facilities and at children's cafeterias in the city .
We would like to thank all the fans and supporters who donated food, and the Suita City Social Welfare Council for their tremendous cooperation.
GAMBA OSAKA will continue to work hard to earn the support of its hometown fans and to become a club that is loved and rooted in the community.
