AFC Champions League 2 Participating Clubs for the 2025/26 Season

The clubs that have qualified to participate in the tournament from Japan are as follows:

GAMBA OSAKA (4th place in the 2024 MEIJI YASUDA J1 LEAGUE )

*The club participating in the ACL2 2025/26 will be the winner of the previous year's EMPEROR'S CUP JFA 104th All Japan Football Championship, but as the team in question is Vissel Kobe, which has already qualified to play in the ACL2 2025/26, the team that finished 4th in the J1 League will advance to the tournament.
*Participation in the tournament will be officially decided after the AFC Club Licence is issued at the judging meeting to be held in the future.
