2026/27 Austria Camp DAY3
AM Training
The morning training session began with activation exercises, divided into three groups. The players communicated with each other, passing the ball smoothly amongst themselves while wearing bibs of the same color, and getting their bodies moving. In GK training, they practiced various scenarios, such as kicking to mini-goals on the left and right, and long kicks, according to the coach's instructions. After that, they did a 4v2 rondo, followed by a 6v6 possession training session. With GK positioned on both sides, they worked on a menu that focused on offensive and defensive transitions, moving the ball within the limit of three touches. The training session ended with a 7v7 game on half a court. Coach Myojin instructed the players to focus on decision-making and quality of play, and particularly on defensive positioning. The players worked hard in the training, making adjustments after each play. Despite the rainy and chilly conditions, the players maintained a high level of concentration until the end of the morning training session. There was no training in the afternoon, and the session was dedicated to recovery, concluding the third day of camp.
