Report on the "GAMBA OSAKA KICKOFF FES Supported by Meiji Yasuda" held on July 25th (Sat).

On July 25th (Saturday), we held "GAMBA OSAKA KICKOFF FES Supported by Meiji Yasuda" at Grand Green Osaka Umeda Park.
This event was held as a kickoff event for the start of the 2026/27 season, and we were pleased to have over 4,000 fans and supporters in attendance.

At this event, the new mascot was unveiled for the first time, and the name of the new mascot, which was chosen from among 13,855 name suggestions, was announced. In addition, a stage event was held with special guests including the 2025 M-1 champion "Takuro", Karin Kojima, and athletes Riku HANDA and Yokoi Yuya.

In addition to performances by MOFLEM, GAMBA CHEER, and GAMBA CHEER KIDS, we also held a variety of events that could be enjoyed by people of all ages, including a snow park, festival stalls, original food sales, and merchandise featuring the new mascot.

Furthermore, many visitors also came to the Meiji Yasuda booth and the UR Urban Development Agency booth, and each booth was bustling with activity throughout the day.

In the evening, a special performance was held by "Wadaiko Masaya," based in Takatsuki City, and the "Japan Century Symphony Orchestra," based in Toyonaka City. In collaboration with "YOI-en," a city-themed cloud service provided by Panasonic Electric Works Co., Ltd., a fantastical night festival was held where sound and light merged. It was a night festival that heightened anticipation for the new season.

We would like to express our sincere gratitude to everyone who attended and to all those involved who sponsored and cooperated with us.
Please continue to support GAMBA OSAKA's new teammate, "Harchimo"!
