* After the departure ceremony, participants will start in order. The walking course is about 3km long.
※The event will be held rain or shine.

◆Venue: Expo’70 Commemorative Park

◆ Capacity: 2,000 people
※Applications will close as soon as capacity is reached.

◆Participation fee: Free
*However, admission to Expo’70 Commemorative Park must be paid by the participant (260 yen for adults, 80 yen for elementary and junior high school students)

◆Qualifications:
・Those who can abide by traffic and event rules, maintain good health, and aim to reach the goal within the time limit. *There are no restrictions on place of residence, nationality, age, or gender.
・Children under elementary school age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, and those requiring assistance must be accompanied by a caregiver.

●In preparation for accidents during the walking event, Meiji Yasuda, the organizer, will enter into an event participant injury risk insurance contract with Tokio Marine & Nichido Fire Insurance Co., Ltd. (the insurance premium will be borne by Meiji Yasuda, the organizer). In the event of an accident during the event, compensation will be within the scope of the event participant injury risk insurance contract, except in cases of gross negligence on the part of the organizer. Transportation to and from the event venue will be provided by a guardian or someone with the guardian's consent. Accidents during transportation will not be covered by the event participant injury risk insurance contract, and the organizer will not be held responsible. Note that when taking out this insurance, participants' personal information will not be provided to Tokio Marine & Nichido Fire Insurance Co., Ltd.
●In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, inclement weather making walking difficult, or an influenza epidemic, the event may be canceled or suspended.
●The organizers will make every effort to ensure safety on the course, however, due to limited numbers of event staff, they may not be able to meet all requests.

●There is no cloakroom (luggage storage).
●Please come to the event wearing comfortable clothing.
●In principle, the event will be held even in rainy weather.
●If the event is canceled, the person in charge will contact you by the day before.
●Please use public transportation when coming.
●Please refrain from bringing pets to the event.
