In recent years, as posting on social media has become commonplace, there have been an increasing number of cases of posts that unintentionally hurt others and slander against athletes and related parties. Discriminatory behavior, slander, insults, threats, etc. are never tolerated, no matter what the reason.
GAMBA OSAKA does not tolerate any discriminatory or insulting statements or actions based on race, skin color, sex, language, religion, political beliefs, origin, etc., or any actions that go against public order and morals.
As a club, we strongly condemn this kind of behavior and will take strict action, including legal action, in accordance with J.League guidelines and with the advice of experts.

Additionally, when posting photos and videos on social media, some people have been seen violating rules and etiquette, and behaving in a manner that lacks consideration for those around them.
We believe that many of you are already aware of the following points, but we would like to ask you to confirm them once again.
■ Regarding photo shooting etiquette
Please refrain from taking unauthorized photographs of players or staff outside of matches, training, and events.
Furthermore, even at match venues or during training, please refrain from taking photographs or videos or posting them on social media that infringe or may infringe the portrait rights of others (including club staff, fans and supporters).
If this behavior continues in the future, we will take stricter action.

GAMBA OSAKA will continue to take a firm stance against slander and discriminatory language in order to protect the honor and dignity of individuals and to maintain an environment in which players can concentrate on their sport with peace of mind.
