2026 Okinawa Nakagusuku Village Camp Day 12
AM Training
The morning training consisted of agility training using ladders and poles. In addition to movements to improve speed and agility, activation exercises were also conducted, incorporating body contact elements. Afterwards, the students were split into two groups and performed a series of exercises, from juggling the ball to long passes, dribbling, and passing, to improve ball control and passing accuracy. They also practiced mini-games with limited touches, where they reviewed goal-focused plays and pressing techniques. Finally, the training focused on offensive and defensive transitions and goal awareness, with repeated 1 vs. 1, 2 vs. 1, and 2 vs. 2 situations. The high-tempo game continued, with the goal-scoring competition focused on getting to a shot in the shortest time possible.
PM Training
The PM training included a simple warm-up followed by a rondo. A game was then played on a half court. The number of back passes was limited, and forward passes and dribbles were required. Freemen were also deployed, and the training was intense, emphasizing a constant attitude of heading towards the goal and a sense of moving forward. Finally, various types of weight training were performed. The players remained focused until the very end, engaging in hard training despite the break.
