Head Coach JENS WISSING : "First of all, I'm disappointed that we didn't get the result we wanted in the first leg. However, even though it was difficult to break down an opponent who had such a strong defense and increased the number of players in the box, we managed to tie the game and go for the second goal. We weren't able to play to our satisfaction in the first half, but in the second half we were able to play our own style of football, controlling and dominating the game, and spent most of the time with the ball in the opponent's territory. Despite the 1-1 result, nothing is over yet, so we want to take this result seriously, look forward, and move on to the next game. We want to get a good result in the second leg and advance to the semi-finals."

Q: "I think Gamba was pressing hard in the second half, but what was your intention and goal in making two substitutions at the start of the second half and moving Handa to the left?"
Head Coach JENS WISSING said, "There were areas where we wanted to inject new energy, and areas where we weren't performing well, so we made those substitutions and changed the location."

Q: "The opponent's counter attack was coming from the left side, so was there a reason you wanted to block it?"
Head Coach JENS WISSING : "Of course, as you said, the opponent's strengths of counterattacks and individual strengths came out as expected. We have to be well prepared for that and control them. We also need to be good at taking care of the defense, and I think we did well in the second half. We weren't bad in the first half, but if we were a little late in pressing from the front and gave them space, they would get into those situations. That led to us conceding a goal, but the players gave it their all, and we were able to tie the score in the first leg, which keeps our hopes alive for the next game, so I'm satisfied and will do my best again."

Q: After conceding a goal in the first half, you changed your midfield formation. What was your aim?
Head Coach JENS WISSING said, "I wanted to have more players up front, and by changing the positioning of the midfielders, I felt that we could receive the ball between the lines and, the moment we received it, make a good run behind the opponent's goal, so that's why I chose that formation."
