Head Coach Poyatos: "I think it was a really beautiful game, and both teams had their moments. In the first half, Gamba played very well, but in the second half, we lost control, but I understood that Frontale was a team that could hold the ball well, and I predicted that the game would develop in that way. In that sense, we were able to fight with confidence until the end, and thanks to the players proving that, we were able to score a goal from a corner kick in the final minutes. In that sense, I think we were really lucky at the very end, but at the beginning of the season, we kept losing points because of our own simple mistakes, so I think the players did a good job today and fought hard until the end."

Q: "What was Head Coach Poyatos thinking during the period leading up to the tie and when Kawasaki F had the momentum going? I think he didn't make any substitutions until the game was tied, so please tell us what he was thinking."
Head Coach Poyatos: "Well, I want to be honest about it, but first of all I think we were really lucky and to be honest, I think we should have reacted quicker. However, as Frontale made a lot of substitutions during that time, I was struggling with the balance between keeping control or playing good defense, and we conceded two goals and the game was tied. So I think that moment was really my fault. However, I was substituted after we conceded two goals, and to be honest, I thought it would be difficult for me to keep pressing from that point on, and after that substitution, we tried to aim for transitions by using substitute players, and I think the whole team showed that kind of performance until the end."

Q: "Fujiharu, who started in the league for the first time this year, did a good job until the end. What did you think of that, Head Coach Poyatos?"
Head Coach Poyatos: "I think it was really great. As I said before the match, Haru (Fujiharu) trained hard, and he proved his strength in front of a really difficult opponent, Ienaga, and I think he proved the hard work he puts in."
