At the school, we use ladders, hurdles, etc. to conduct training that incorporates a variety of movement elements.
We aim to improve agility, athletic ability and physical strength in ball games, jumping, running, etc., as well as coordination (how to use the body, balance, etc.)!

The team will be coached by former GAMBA OSAKA player, Kenta HOSHIHARA!
Based on the training and knowledge he gained during his playing days, he provides various training tailored to each individual's physical level in order to build a healthy body through soccer!
We will help you become healthy both physically and mentally by combining technical soccer training with core training and weight training.

Experience serious instruction from former Gamba players!

Each course has a limited number of participants and is on a first-come, first-served basis.
