This beer has different aromas and flavors depending on the combination of hops. This time, we have a version using Luminosa and Nelson Sauvin hops.
The spicy clove-like aroma and fruity banana aroma from the Weizen yeast are layered with the refreshing aroma of citrus and white grapes from the hops. Made with 50% wheat malt, this beer retains the soft and gentle mouthfeel typical of Weizen, and you can enjoy the aroma of the hops, which changes with temperature.

2025 season "Gamba Beer" "Salty Grapefruit Monkey IPA"
Brewed specially for Gamba by " Minoh Beer ," a local beer born in Minoh, GAMBA OSAKA 's hometown. A fruity and refreshingly bitter IPA made with a generous amount of several types of American hops, this is a brushed-up version of the "Grapefruit Monkey IPA," accented with grapefruit juice. By adding a small amount of mineral-rich "salt" from Shodoshima in the final process, the refreshing citrus flavor and mellow saltiness are harmoniously combined, resulting in a refreshing taste like a sports drink.
