We would like to inform you that we have received an interim report regarding the "Apology and Report: Possible Leakage of Personal Information on our Official Online Shop," which was posted on our website on Wednesday, September 18th.

The GAMBA OSAKA official online shop outsources shipping operations to Felissimo Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Felissimo), and Felissimo outsources the development and maintenance of the warehouse management system to Kantsu Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Kantsu).
On Wednesday, September 17, 2024, we received a report from Felissimo that Kantsu's warehouse management system "Cloud Thomas" had been subjected to a ransomware cyber attack, resulting in the possibility of a personal information leak. However, on Saturday, September 21, Felissimo provided us with the following interim report, which we would like to inform you of.


"Since the incident came to light, Kantsu has been working with external experts to continue a thorough investigation.
We are currently investigating the cause and scope of the incident.
Our specialized team will continue to investigate the matter and will report any developments as soon as possible.


We deeply apologize to customers who used our online shop for the concern and inconvenience caused by not yet being able to provide details.
Our online store will also remain unavailable. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

The next definitive report is scheduled to be issued three to four weeks after Sunday, September 15th. If there are any additional information, we will contact you, so thank you for your continued support.
