We would like to inform you that there has been a report regarding the "Apology and Report: Possible leak of personal information on our official online shop," which was posted on our website on Wednesday, September 18th.

The GAMBA OSAKA official online shop outsources shipping operations to Felissimo Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Felissimo), and Felissimo outsources the development and maintenance of the warehouse management system to Kantsu Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Kantsu).
On Wednesday, September 17, 2024, Felissimo reported to us that Kantsu's warehouse management system "Cloud Thomas" had been subjected to a ransomware cyber attack, resulting in the possibility of personal information being leaked. On Friday, October 18, Felissimo received the following report from Kantsu, which we would like to share with you below, although it is an excerpt.


"Since the results of the investigation by an external security specialist company were released on September 27th, our company (Kansai Tsushin) has been continuously monitoring the leak site.
We have conducted a thorough investigation into whether our company information has been posted or made public on the dark web, etc., but as of now, we have not found any information to have been posted or made public. Based on the results of the above investigation, we would like to report that no information leaks have been confirmed.

"We are pleased to announce that, based on the results of the investigation and continued monitoring, no information leaks were found, and that the above-mentioned measures to prevent recurrence have been implemented, we submitted a final report to the Personal Information Protection Commission on October 17th."


We would like to once again apologize to all customers who use our online shop for any concern and inconvenience caused.
