We would like to inform you that Tadashi Ono , President and CEO of GAMBA OSAKA Co., Ltd. , will retire and Naohito Mizutani will be appointed as the new President and CEO . This will be officially decided at the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders to be held in December 2024, and then at the extraordinary board of directors meeting to be held on January 1, 2025.
