2025 Okinawa Nakagusuku Village Camp Day 13
AM Training
The 13th day of the camp was mainly a recovery menu, as it was the day after a training match. We did jogging, stretching, training with equipment, and other activities, and the menu for the day was finished in a short time. Tomorrow is the last two-part practice of the Okinawa camp, so we will be in top condition for the next training match!
