Previously, requests for resending were accepted via the inquiry form, but from now on, requests will be submitted through My Page.

② Select "Add Membership Option" from the menu.
③ Please apply via "Resend membership benefits".

■Application Deadline
Requests for resending will only be accepted within one month of the scheduled shipping date of the bonus item.
Please note that we cannot accept applications submitted after the deadline.


■Regarding fees
Fan club benefits will be resent via cash on delivery.
Please understand that shipping costs will be borne by the member.


■Regarding the resend schedule
Generally, orders received by Sunday will be shipped the following Friday.
Additionally, the tracking number will be available on your My Page around the Tuesday of the week after next, once your order has been shipped.
Please note that the shipping date and tracking number may vary depending on the order status and delivery circumstances. Thank you for your understanding.


■Notes
*A separate procedure is required to change your registered address. Your fan club information will not be updated when you request a resend. Please correct your registration details via "Change Member Information" in J.LEAGUE ID. https://login.jleague.jp/change-userinfo?edit=userinfo
*Please note that we may not be able to resend the item if it has already been delivered to your old address or if it is difficult for the delivery company to retrieve or forward it.
