"Kozaru IPA" is the younger sibling of "Osaru IPA," which is also the base for Gamba Beer. This session IPA is perfect for summer, with a rich citrus aroma derived from American hops. Gamba Beer "Salty Grapefruit Monkey IPA"
Minoh Beer Beer, a local beer born in Minoh, Gamba's hometown, has specially brewed an original craft beer for Gamba. Based on Minoh Beer's standard "Osaru IPA," it is accented with grapefruit juice, and in the final stage, a touch of mineral-rich salt from Shodoshima is added, resulting in a special Gamba-worthy beer with a harmonious blend of refreshing citrus flavor and mellow saltiness.
