On September 20th (Sun), at the Gamba Osaka official craft beer sales booth "GAMBA BEERSTREAM" for the MEIJI YASUDA J1 LEAGUE 8th Sec. against Vissel Kobe, we will be selling Gamba's original beer "Gamba Beer "Salty Grapefruit Osaru IPA"" brewed by Minoh Beer Beer, as well as "Hoppy Weizen," a seasonal beer also produced by Minoh Beer. "Hoppy Weizen" will be available in limited quantities and only at the store inside "Aokuro Yokocho" on the back stand side. Enjoy a moment before the match with our new original food item for this season, "Adult Fried Chicken with Sansho Pepper Aroma."

Limited edition "Hoppy Weizen" for the match against Kobe on September 20th (Sun)
This beer boasts a deep, complex character, combining the soft aromas of banana and clove characteristic of Weizen yeast with the distinctive character of hops. This particular beer uses Dolcita and Nelson Sauvin hops. The Dolcita hops, with their tropical sweetness reminiscent of peach and lychee, are complemented by the elegant aromas of white grapes and white flowers from Nelson Sauvin, resulting in a refined and elegant drinking experience.

Based on Minoh Beer 's standard "Osaru IPA," it is accented with grapefruit juice, and in the final stage, a touch of mineral-rich salt from Shodoshima is added, resulting in a special Gamba-worthy beer with a harmonious blend of refreshing citrus flavor and mellow saltiness.
