◆Date: December 6th (Sun) 11:00-13:00
*Registration starts at 10:00
*The start will begin sequentially after the opening ceremony. The walking course is approximately 3 km long.
*Event will proceed regardless of rain.

◆Venue: Plaza above Expo’70 Commemorative Park

◆Capacity: 2,000 people
*Registration will close once the maximum number of participants is reached.

◆Participation fee: Free
*However, admission to Expo’70 Commemorative Park is at your own expense (450 yen for adults / free for children (junior high school age and younger)).

◆Eligibility requirements:
・Participants must abide by traffic rules and event regulations, maintain excellent health, and be able to aim for the finish line within the time limit on their own. *Residence, nationality, age, gender, etc. are not considered.
Children under elementary school age must be accompanied by a guardian, and those requiring assistance must be accompanied by a caregiver.

●In preparation for the walking event, Meiji Yasuda, the organizer, will enroll participants in an event participant injury insurance policy with Tokio Marine & Nichido Fire Insurance Co., Ltd. to cover any accidents that may occur during the event (the insurance premium will be borne by Meiji Yasuda). In the event of an accident during the event, compensation will be limited to the scope of the event participant injury insurance policy unless there is gross negligence on the part of the organizer. Transportation to and from the event venue will be provided by a parent or guardian with their consent, and any accidents during transportation will be outside the scope of coverage of the event participant injury insurance policy, and the organizer will not be held liable. Please note that no personal information of participants will be provided to Tokio Marine & Nichido Fire Insurance Co., Ltd. in connection with this insurance enrollment.
●In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, severe weather making walking difficult, or influenza outbreaks, the event may be canceled or suspended.
●While the organizers are doing everything possible to ensure safety on the course, the number of event staff is limited, and we may not be able to accommodate all requests.

●Please wear comfortable clothing suitable for walking on the day of the event.
●The event will proceed even in the event of rain.
