Head Coach Poyatos: "I'm really disappointed. I truly believe that this was a game that was worth winning. I don't have any particular comments to make about the goal we conceded, but we started the second half very well. Q: "You scored the tying goal, MESHINO you've had a lot of games this season where you haven't been able to show off your strengths. How did Head Coach Poyatos approach you? And how did you feel about your play today?"
Head Coach Poyatos: "I think Ryotaro (MESHINO) is performing great in his daily training. I'm very happy with him, and I think he's gradually improving by taking his own football style and positioning properly. He's really the face of Gamba, and to me, there's no denying that he's a great player."

Head Coach Poyatos: "I think all three of them played a really great game. They had thorough discussions on the pitch and made adjustments, and Ishige showed his abilities in his movements from the back and in his switching. As for Yuki YAMAMOTO, he is a player who always surprises me with his truly amazing talent since I arrived at GAMBA OSAKA. I also think DAWHAN is on a good path. Head Coach Poyatos: "You're right, I think the players really expressed their desire to win. However, I also understand that the fans and supporters wanted to win this derby. As for right-back Shota Fukuoka, Takao had an accident this week with viral gastroenteritis, but he played in a different position at full-back than usual and showed good performances. Players like Takashi Usami and JEBALI were not in the lineup because they had to be careful as they deal with their injuries. As I said before, even without such players, I think the players were able to show Gamba's football as usual. Head Coach Poyatos: "It was a really great environment. It was a moment when I felt the beauty of football. I come from Spain, and every match, including this derby, I play for the fans who come to this ground, and I always want to convey all the passion and excitement to them. The way the players fight and the intense offense and defense connect the players and the fans, and then something happens, and I think that's the best part of this wonderful football."
